- 🏠 Search several districts and neighborhoods in one run, with duplicates between overlapping areas removed.
- 🏢 Officetel listings now work, including officetel sales (매매), alongside one-room and two-room rentals. Pick one property group or both.
- 🎯 New filters applied on Dabang itself: deposit, monthly rent, sale price, room layout, floor type, building age, elevator, parking, short lease, duplex, separated layout and 360 degree photos. Area limits in square meters are applied on every listing.
- 💰 Maintenance fee (관리비) as a number, plus a monthly outlay and an effective monthly cost that prices the deposit at a yearly rate you choose, so 월세 and 전세 listings can be compared.
- 📐 Area in square meters and pyeong, and cost per square meter and per pyeong, for rentals and sales.
- 🧭 Floor number or floor band, property type, building name, short-lease tag and Dabang highlight tags such as new construction and pets allowed.
