## Changelog

All notable changes to this project will be documented in this file.

### \[0.1.15] - 2026-10-27

#### Changed

- 🐛 When a fair's organiser takes its exhibitor list offline between editions (KEY Energy right now), the run now says so in plain words instead of calling the link unsupported.
- ⚙️ When every link in a run is a known fair that cannot be read right now, the status message gives the fair's own reason.

### \[0.1.13] - 2026-10-27

#### Added

- ✨ Website email lookup now also returns a named person's email when the exhibitor's website shows one, in the new `personalEmail` field, with the person's name and job title when the fair lists them. The general inbox is in the new `roleEmail` field.
- ✨ Every email is labelled as a person's address or a general inbox (`emailType`), on every run.
- ✨ With website email lookup on, `emailDomainAcceptsMail` says whether the email's domain is set up to receive mail. Website addresses on domains that cannot receive mail are left out.
- ➕ New option "Which exhibitors to look up": also visit the website when the fair lists only a general inbox such as info@, to find a named person.
- 💳 Website email lookup has its own small charge per exhibitor whose website gave an email. Nothing is charged when no email is found, and rows without the lookup cost the same as before.

#### Changed

- ⚙️ Website email lookup also reads the exhibitor's team page, so it finds named people more often. Runs with the lookup on take a little longer.
- 🐛 Runs that mark duplicate companies now always stop at the maximum number of rows.

### \[0.1.12] - 2026-10-27

#### Added

- ✨ Show picker: tick trade shows by name from a built-in list of 148 fairs in 23 industries instead of looking up their exhibitor list links, or pick a whole industry at once. Each show is read from its current edition, and every show in the list returned exhibitors in a test run before it was added.
- ➕ Picked shows and pasted links work together in one run. Rows from a picked show carry the new `showId` and `showName` fields.
- ➕ Many more fairs on the supported platforms, including Christmasworld, Heimtextil, Light + Building, ISH, Automechanika (Frankfurt, Dubai, Johannesburg), Intersec, COMPAMED, BIOFACH, productronica, LASER World of PHOTONICS, ORGATEC, interzum, ISM, World Travel Market, Arabian Travel Market, Infosecurity Europe, ISC West, JCK Las Vegas, FIBO, Spring Fair, Tech Show London, NAB Show, ISE, RSNA and PACK EXPO International.
- ➕ Messe Berlin and Hamburg Messe fair guides: FRUIT LOGISTICA, ITB Berlin, Grüne Woche, InnoTrans, ILA Berlin, INTERNORGA, SMM Hamburg, WindEnergy Hamburg and GET Nord.

#### Changed

- ⚙️ A Messe Muenchen or Koelnmesse fair's home page link now finds that fair's newest exhibitor list by itself.
- 🧹 The pre-filled example link is not read on top of picked shows (Ambiente can be picked from the list).

### \[0.1.11] - 2026-10-26

#### Added

- ➕ 2 more fair directory types, so 29 are now supported. ASP Events fairs (eCommerce Expo, IFE, Autumn Fair, Bett UK, Microelectronics UK, ITEC, The Business Show, Electra Mining, DronExpo, Technology for Marketing and more) and EIMA (EIMA International and EIMA Components) work with a pasted link.
- ✨ Contact persons for EIMA exhibitors where the fair publishes them.

#### Changed

- ⚙️ The other EIMA showcase websites were closed for maintenance when tested, so their links return a clear message for now. A keyword search that matches only a few EIMA companies reads many pages and can take several minutes.

### \[0.1.9] - 2026-10-25

#### Added

- ➕ 24 more fair directory types, so most large German trade fairs and many international shows now work with a pasted link. Newly supported: Messe Duesseldorf (K, MEDICA, boot, drupa, ProWein and more), Messe Muenchen (electronica, analytica), Messe Stuttgart, Messe Berlin (IFA Berlin), Messe Essen, Deutsche Messe (INTERSCHUTZ, DOMOTEX, LIGNA, DIDACTA), Nuernberg Messe (it-sa 365, Chillventa, embedded world and more), AFAG Messe, Schall Messen (Motek, Bondexpo, Fakuma), Easyfairs, The smarter E, Informa Markets (Gulfood), Comexposium (Wine Paris), GSMA (MWC Barcelona, MWC Kigali), IEG (KEY Energy), A2Z Events (FABTECH), Atlanta and Las Vegas Market, GoShow (SIGGRAPH), Livebuzz (RWM, WWEM), Xporience (Big 5), Ungerboeck floor plans (SC26).
- ✨ Contact persons for the fairs that publish them, including Messe Duesseldorf, Messe Stuttgart, Nuernberg Messe, AFAG Messe and Schall Messen.
- ✨ A clear note in the status message and run summary when the rows are older copies of the last published list instead of the current edition (The smarter E, while the organiser keeps its list closed).

#### Changed

- ⚙️ Some directory types are limited or slower, and the README says so: Koelnmesse and Map Your Show are slower, Newfront fairs return company, description, stand and categories only, and IME Events sites sometimes refuse automated access, so a run can return nothing.
- 📈 More memory by default for larger fairs, so big exhibitor lists run reliably.
- 💰 Simple pay-per-result pricing: one flat price per exhibitor row with discounts on paid plans. Rows with emails or contact persons cost the same as any other row, and there is no start fee.

#### Fixed

- 🐛 Country codes are now correct for France and the United Kingdom, and country names with accents are recognised.
- 🩹 Links to fairs that publish no exhibitor list at the moment now give a clear message instead of an empty run.

### \[0.1] - 2026-10-25

#### Added

- 🚀 First release: paste one or more trade show exhibitor list links and get one clean exhibitor dataset back.
- ✨ Automatic recognition of each link. Supported today: Messe Frankfurt fairs (such as Ambiente), RX fairs (such as The London Book Fair) and Map Your Show fairs (such as AHR Expo).
- ➕ Unified exhibitor rows with company, website, email, phone, address, stand, hall, categories, products, brands, social profiles and contact persons.
- 🔎 Filters for keywords, product categories and countries, plus switches to keep only exhibitors with a website, email or contact person.
- 📞 Optional contact persons, optional booth sizes and an optional one-row-per-contact output for CRM imports.
- 📧 Optional lookup of a published email on the exhibitor's own website when the fair lists none.
- 🔔 Watchlist mode that returns only new exhibitors, or new, changed and removed exhibitors, on scheduled runs.
- 🧩 Company group ids so the same company at several fairs can be recognised, with options to mark or collapse duplicates.
- 🛡️ Clear run summary for every outcome, including links that are not supported yet.
