## Changelog

All notable changes to this Actor are recorded here.

### \[0.3] - 2026-10-08

#### Fixed

- 🆓 Free plan runs that reach the daily limit or the 30-minute wait now finish with a clear "no data was collected" message instead of showing as failed.
- ▶️ Starting the Actor with an empty input now reads the default listing page instead of stopping with an error.
- 🔍 Runs that find nothing, or where every advert is filtered out, finish with a message that says why.
- 🚧 If pages could not be read and nothing was saved, the run now reports a failure instead of looking like a run with no results.

### \[0.2] - 2026-10-06

#### Added

- 🛏️ Filters for property type, bedrooms, bathrooms and total rooms. Each keeps only the adverts that meet the minimum or the word you enter.
- 🛁 Bathroom count and feature list on every advert, so you can filter for features such as a terrace, garage or fireplace.
- 💶 Price range in euros. Only adverts priced in EUR are compared, and other currencies are never converted.
- 📐 Living area and plot size ranges, with an area unit filter for sq ft or acres. Numbers stay as the advert shows them.
- 🗺️ Country and town filters.
- 🧭 Input form grouped into clear sections: Sources, Property & search filters, Price & size filters, Location filters, Output & limits and Advanced.

#### Changed

- Runs with filters on read more adverts than they save, so they can take longer. Adverts that do not pass your filters are not saved.
