- 🐛 Fixed Price and Acreage filters being silently ignored on some runs — every saved row is now verified against the filters you set before it's saved.
- 🛡️ Upgraded proxy configuration so it's actually applied on every run, resolving blocked ("403") pages on filtered and category searches.
- 🩹 Fixed a startup error that could stop a run when no search terms were provided.
- 🧹 Allowed genuinely missing numeric fields (price, acreage, financing terms) to be saved as empty instead of tripping dataset validation.

#### Changed

- ⚙️ Apify Proxy is now enabled by default to keep run success rates high; you can still turn it off or switch to Residential in the input form.
