- 🚀 First release: StreetEasy rentals and sales for New York City and North Jersey, with full listing detail included in every row.
- ✨ Three ways to run: search with filters, paste StreetEasy links (search pages, single listings or whole buildings), or monitor a search on a schedule.
- 🔔 Monitor mode returns only what changed since the last run: new listings, price drops, price increases, listings that went into contract or were rented or sold, and listings taken off the market. Unchanged listings are never charged.
- 💵 Gross rent and net-effective rent in separate columns, with free months and lease length, so concession listings are never mixed up. You can filter on either rent.
- 🧾 Disclosed tenant fees for each rental (application, move-in, amenity, pet and more), plus an estimated move-in cost when every required fee is stated.
- 📈 Price and status history for each unit, across its earlier listings too, with price cut count and original asking price.
- 🏢 Building facts, nearby subway stations and schools, amenities, pet policy, open houses, photos and floor plans.
- 🏷️ Past rentals and past sales (rented and sold listings with closing dates) for comps, and in-contract listings.
- 🛋️ Furnished, pets allowed, no-fee and available-by-date filters for movers, relocation and corporate housing.
- 📍 Neighborhoods and boroughs by name, including common nicknames like UWS, LIC and Bed-Stuy, with suggestions when a name does not match.
- 📊 A run summary that compares how many listings StreetEasy reports with how many were delivered, and lists any locations or links that were skipped.

#### Security

- 🔒 Agent contact details (name, phone, email, license) are off by default and only included when you switch them on. The listing's brokerage name is always included.
- 🛡️ No StreetEasy account, login, cookie or API key is needed or used.
