- 🚀 First release: search jobs from every company hiring on the Workable job board in one run, with no login or API key.
- ✨ Search by several keywords and several locations at once. Results are merged into one duplicate-free dataset.
- ✨ Filters for remote, hybrid or on-site work, employment type (full-time, part-time, contract, temporary), experience level (internship to executive) and posting date (last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or any time).
- ✨ Refine further by words the job title must or must not contain, department, employers to exclude, or limit the run to specific employers by pasting their Workable company page links.
- ➕ Paste a Workable search page link and the Actor uses the filters already set in it.
- ➕ Pay amounts such as salary ranges and hourly rates are extracted when the posting states them, with currency and period. An option keeps only postings that state pay.
- ➕ Clean output rows: title, company, company website and logo, location split into city, region and country, work setup, employment type, department, posted date, apply link and a short summary. Empty fields are left out instead of filled with placeholders.
- ➕ Optional extras, all off by default: full description as text or HTML, requirements and benefits, and the company profile text.
- 🔔 Monitor mode: schedule the Actor and receive only postings you have not received before, with a separate memory for each named feed.
- 🛡️ Free plan runs are limited to 25 postings per run, 3 runs per day and a short wait between runs. Paid plans have no limits.
- 📈 Stops cleanly when the maximum cost set for a run is reached.
- 💰 Pay per posting saved, with no start fee and lower rates on higher Apify plans. Descriptions, requirements, benefits and company profile text add no extra charge.
