### Why use this scraper

Gumtree Australia is one of the country's largest classifieds sites, spanning cars, property, jobs and general goods, but it has no public API for bulk access. Anyone benchmarking used-vehicle prices by state, tracking a category for new stock, or building a lead list of local sellers and dealers has to either scrape the site themselves (Gumtree's result pages are JavaScript-rendered and change structure periodically) or buy from a data vendor with minimum volume commitments.
