It works as a **Rightmove API alternative**: paste a Rightmove search URL with all its filters, or just type a town, area, postcode or station and pick buy/rent, price, bedrooms and property type, and get one row per property back in seconds, without a browser, without residential proxies and without writing a scraper yourself.
