Build a **structured directory of Turkish hotels** — name, exact location (city / district / area), guest rating, review volume and amenity list — from public, server-rendered listing pages. Istanbul alone has 5,800+ properties.

No login, no API key. Give it city slugs; optionally crawl every district page for wide coverage.
