## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

Find email addresses explicitly published on public Google Play app, search, category, or developer pages. Each dataset record represents one email and includes context from the same app or developer listing when available.

The Actor reads Google Play pages only. It does not search developer websites, open privacy-policy links, install apps, or access private accounts. Pages without a public email may produce no email record.

### How to use

1. Provide app package IDs, Google Play URLs, or search terms.
2. Optionally limit results to specific email domains.
3. Set the page, app, and email limits.
4. Run the Actor and view or export the email records.

Example:

```json
{
  "appId": "com.example.reader",
  "country": "US",
  "emailDomains": ["example.com"],
  "maxApps": 1,
  "maxEmails": 10
}
```

### Input

| Input | Description | Default |
|---|---|---:|
| `appIds` / `appId` | Android package IDs. | — |
| `startUrls` | Public Google Play app, search, category, or developer pages. `sourceUrls`, `urls`, and `url` are aliases. | — |
| `keyword` / `searchKeywords` | Search terms when no explicit source is provided. `queries` and `searchQuery` are aliases. | `coffee` |
| `emailDomains` | Optional email domains to keep, with or without a leading `@`. | — |
| `language` / `country` | Language and Google Play storefront country. `locale` can set both; `location` is an alias for the country. | `en` / `US` |
| `page` / `maxPages` | Starting search page and maximum observed pages per source. | 1 / 1 |
| `maxApps` | Maximum public pages to request across all sources. | 10 |
| `maxEmails` | Maximum email records across the run. `maxItems` and `maxResults` are aliases. | 500 |
| `maxEmailsPerApp` | Maximum unique emails kept from one page. | 10 |
| `deduplicate` | Remove duplicate source pages and email addresses. | `true` |
| `proxyConfiguration` | Optional Apify Proxy configuration. | — |

### Output

Each row contains an `email` and may also include:

- Email domain, source section, and visible mail link.
- App ID, name, category, description, rating, download label, release/update details, price, and supported platforms.
- Developer name and public contact details, website, and policy links shown on the same Google Play page.
- Public Data safety disclosures, rating distribution, What's new text, and app event offers when available.

A record is saved only when the page provides the email and sufficient app/developer context. Email addresses found only on external websites are not collected. Abbreviated counts remain in their original text form rather than being presented as exact totals.

Example dataset item:

```json
{
  "email": "support@example.com",
  "emailDomain": "example.com",
  "emailSource": "app_support_link",
  "emailLinkUrl": "mailto:support@example.com",
  "appId": "com.example.reader",
  "appName": "Sample Reader",
  "appCategory": "Books & Reference",
  "appRatingValue": 4.5,
  "appDownloadCountText": "1M+",
  "developerName": "Sample Labs",
  "developerContactEmail": "support@example.com",
  "appUrl": "https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.example.reader"
}
```

The Output tab shows the available result fields. Run summary information is available with the run output in Apify.

### Limits and responsible use

Not every app listing publishes an email. Results can also vary by storefront, category, and page. The Actor follows only public Google Play pages and visible pagination; it does not bypass access checks.

Email addresses may be personal data. Use them responsibly and follow applicable privacy laws, Google Play terms, and anti-spam requirements. This Actor is not affiliated with Google.
