## US Building Permits (Daily Feed)

Recent building permits across major US cities in one unified feed, straight from official city open data. Work type, description, address, valuation, and — where the city publishes it — **contractor and owner names**.

**Filter by work type (`solar`, `roof`, `hvac`, `pool`, `kitchen`) and get a near-real-time lead list of homeowners and businesses who just pulled a permit.**
