Monitor **United Nations procurement opportunities** from UNGM (the UN Global Marketplace) — tenders from UNICEF, UNDP, WFP, WHO, FAO, UNFPA and 30+ UN agencies — as clean, deduplicated, analysis-ready JSON.

Built for **daily monitoring**: schedule it once, and every run pushes **only the notices that are new since the last run**.

`source_url` opens the notice's public UNGM page. `submission_deadline` is converted from the notice's local timezone to UTC. `first_seen_at` is the point-in-time timestamp of when THIS pipeline first observed the notice.
