## Pricing

from $3.00 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Avito Real Estate Scraper

Scrape **real-estate listings** from **Avito.ru** — Russia's #1 classifieds site and the main place to watch the Russian property market. Get price, rooms, area, floor, property type and URL as clean JSON/CSV/Excel.

Great for **property market analytics**, **price monitoring**, **real-estate lead generation** and **investment research** across Russia.

### How it works (the mobile trick)

Avito's desktop site (`www.avito.ru`) sits behind an aggressive **GeeTest/Qrator firewall** that walls datacenter *and* residential IPs. This actor instead uses the **mobile site `m.avito.ru`**, which serves the same listings behind a much lighter guard — through a **Russian residential IP** it returns full HTML on most requests. The actor runs **HTTP-only (no browser)** and **rotates to a fresh Russian residential IP** whenever a request is walled, so it recovers automatically.

### What you get per listing

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `title` | Listing title (Russian) |
| `price`, `currency`, `priceText` | Price in RUB (`Договорная` = negotiable) |
| `rooms` | Room count (`studio` for студия) |
| `area` | Area in m² |
| `floor`, `totalFloors` | Floor / total floors |
| `propertyType` | Apartments / rooms / houses / land / commercial |
| `dealType` | Sale (продам) / rent (сдам) |
| `city`, `url`, `itemId` | Location, listing URL and Avito id |

### Input

```json
{
  "startUrls": ["https://www.avito.ru/moskva/kvartiry/prodam"],
  "maxPages": 10
}
```

or use the builder:

```json
{
  "city": ["moskva", "sankt-peterburg"],
  "propertyType": "kvartiry",
  "dealType": "prodam",
  "maxPages": 10
}
```

- **startUrls** — any Avito real-estate search URL (www or m — normalized to mobile). Filter on Avito, paste the URL. Takes priority over the builder.
- **city / propertyType / dealType** — build a search without a URL.
- **maxPages / maxItems** — caps per search and overall (~30 listings per page).

### Important notes

- **Russian residential proxy is required** (the default: Apify Residential · country RU). Avito geo-gates non-Russian traffic and walls datacenter IPs. The actor retries each page on a fresh IP (~60% of requests succeed, so rotation makes it reliable).
- HTTP-only, no browser — fast and light.
- Listing-level fields come from the result cards; open a listing's `url` for full details (photos, description, seller) if you need them.
- Avito's front-end can change; the actor is resilient (retries, DOM-based) but may need occasional updates.

# Actor input Schema

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Avito real-estate search URLs to scrape (www.avito.ru or m.avito.ru — both work, they're normalized to mobile). Open Avito, filter however you like (city, price, rooms…), and paste the result URL. Leave empty to use the city + type builder below.

## `city` (type: `array`):

Used only when no startUrls are given. Avito city slug(s), e.g. `moskva`, `sankt-peterburg`, `novosibirsk`, `ekaterinburg`. One search is built per city.

## `propertyType` (type: `string`):

Used with the city builder. Avito real-estate category slug.

## `dealType` (type: `string`):

Used with the city builder. Sale or rent.

## `maxPages` (type: `integer`):

How many result pages to paginate per search (~30 listings per page).

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Maximum number of listings to save across all searches. 0 = no limit.

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

How many searches to process in parallel.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

RUSSIAN RESIDENTIAL proxy is REQUIRED — Avito geo-gates and walls non-Russian and datacenter IPs. Keep the default (Apify Residential, country RU). The actor rotates to a fresh IP on each wall.
