## Pricing

from $4.00 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Domclick Scraper — Russia Real Estate Listings & Prices

Scrape **real-estate listings from Domclick** (`domclick.ru`, Sberbank's property portal) — flats, houses, rooms, new buildings and commercial property for **sale or rent** across all of Russia. One clean row per listing with price, area, rooms, address, coordinates, metro, photos and seller details.

Great for **price monitoring & market analytics**, **comparables / valuation**, **investment research**, **agent & agency lead lists** and feeding real-estate datasets.

### How it works

The whole `domclick.ru` domain is protected by a **Qrator** JavaScript challenge (a `qrator_jsid2` cookie). Plain HTTP — and even a stock headless browser — is refused the cookie. This actor uses the **Camoufox anti-detect Firefox** browser over a **Russian residential proxy** to clear the challenge once; the cookie then covers every Domclick API subdomain. Data comes straight from Domclick's own JSON APIs (city → region, then the offers feed), so you get rich structured fields — no fragile HTML scraping, no login, no key.

### What you get per listing

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `price`, `pricePerM2`, `monthlyMortgage`, `currency` | Price, price per m², mortgage estimate (RUB) |
| `rooms`, `area`, `floor`, `isApartment` | Flat details |
| `buildingFloors`, `buildYear` | Building details |
| `address`, `city`, `lat`, `lon` | Location + coordinates |
| `nearestMetro`, `metroStations` | Metro / subway |
| `offerType`, `dealType`, `isSold` | flat / house… · sale / rent |
| `photos`, `photosCount`, `hasVideo`, `description` | Media & text |
| `sellerType`, `sellerName`, `sellerCompany`, `sellerExperience`, `isVerified` | owner / agent / agency |
| `url`, `id` | Listing link & stable id |

### Input

```json
{
  "searches": ["Москва", "Санкт-Петербург"],
  "dealType": "sale",
  "category": "living",
  "offerType": "flat",
  "maxItems": 200
}
```

- **searches** — cities/regions in Russian (Москва, Сочи, Казань…) or a raw Domclick region GUID.
- **dealType** — `sale` or `rent`. **category** — `living` or `commercial`.
- **offerType** — residential: `flat`, `house`, `room`, `layout` (new buildings), `townhouse`; commercial: `office`, `retail`, `warehouse` (must match the category).
- **sort** — `qi` (relevance), `price`, `published`, `area` + **sortDir**.
- **minPrice / maxPrice / minArea / maxArea / rooms** — optional filters.
- **maxItems / maxItemsPerSearch** — caps.

### Notes

- **RU residential proxy required** (the default). Domclick is geo-sensitive and Qrator-walled; the actor retries on a fresh Russian IP until the challenge clears.
- City names must be in **Russian** (they are resolved to Domclick's region id via the site's own suggester).
- Browser-based, so each run spends a little time clearing Qrator — then paginates fast over the JSON feed.
- These are undocumented endpoints; the format can change — the actor is resilient but may need occasional updates.

# Actor input Schema

## `searches` (type: `array`):

Cities or regions to scrape, written in Russian (e.g. Москва, Санкт-Петербург, Сочи, Казань). You can also paste a raw Domclick region GUID. Each is resolved and scraped separately.

## `dealType` (type: `string`):

Buy (sale) or rent.

## `category` (type: `string`):

Residential (living) or commercial property.

## `offerType` (type: `string`):

Residential: flat, house, room, layout (new buildings), townhouse. Commercial: office, retail, warehouse. Must match the chosen category.

## `sort` (type: `string`):

Ordering of results: relevance (qi), price, newest (published) or area.

## `sortDir` (type: `string`):

Ascending or descending order for the chosen sort field.

## `minPrice` (type: `integer`):

Only listings priced at or above this (rubles).

## `maxPrice` (type: `integer`):

Only listings priced at or below this (rubles).

## `minArea` (type: `integer`):

Only listings with total area at or above this (m²).

## `maxArea` (type: `integer`):

Only listings with total area at or below this (m²).

## `rooms` (type: `array`):

Filter by number of rooms, e.g. 1, 2, 3. Leave empty for any.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Maximum listings to save across all searches. 0 = no limit (can be tens of thousands per city).

## `maxItemsPerSearch` (type: `integer`):

Per-city cap. 0 = no per-city limit.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

RU RESIDENTIAL proxy is REQUIRED — Domclick is geo-sensitive and the whole domain sits behind a Qrator JS challenge. Keep the default (Apify Residential, country RU). The actor retries on a fresh Russian IP until the challenge clears.
