## Changelog

### 1.1.0 — 2026-11-01

- **Fixed multi-city / multi-URL reliability (major).** Redfin's search page intermittently responds with **HTTP 405**, which previously caused region resolution to fail for most URLs in a run (e.g. in a fresh 3-city test only the first city — New York — returned data; Los Angeles and Houston were dropped after retries). The scraper now resolves `region_id` + `region_type` **directly from the Redfin URL path** (city, ZIP, county, neighborhood), which eliminates the fragile search-page load for standard URLs. The HTML-based resolver is retained as a fallback for unusual URL shapes. Result: every city/URL in a run is now scraped.
- **Faster, cheaper runs.** Removing the per-URL search-page fetch for standard URLs cuts one network round-trip (and its retries) per search, so multi-city runs finish faster and use fewer compute units.
- **Verified fresh run.** Confirmed core fields at 100% coverage — `url`, `price`, `address`, `city`, `state`, `propertyType`, `status` all 100%; `beds` 99%, `baths` 97%, `sqFt`/`pricePerSqFt` 84% — with **0 duplicates** on `propertyId`/`url` and no value bugs (no `[object Object]`, no scheme-less URLs, correct numeric types).
- **Docs:** README output example and field table refreshed to match the live response exactly; clarified that the `photo` field is only populated when Redfin exposes a usable image URL (use `photoCount` to know how many photos a listing has). Added this changelog.
