Scrape **clinical trials from ClinicalTrials.gov** — **NCT ID, title, recruitment status, phase, sponsor, conditions, interventions, enrollment, eligibility and study sites**. Official government API, no key, no login.

### Notes

- Uses the **official ClinicalTrials.gov API v2** — authoritative and always current.
- Combine `condition` + `status` + `phase` to build precise trial landscapes.
- `locations` is capped at the first 10 sites per study; `locationCount` gives the true total.
