## Zillow Scraper — Real Estate Listings, Prices & Zestimates

Scrape **Zillow property listings** by location — **price, beds, baths, square footage, address, coordinates, Zestimate, days on market and photos** — for **sale, rent, or recently sold**. No login.

Zillow is one of the hardest sites to scrape (PerimeterX bot protection). This actor drives a **fingerprinted real browser over residential proxies**, so it gets through and returns clean, structured data.

### Notes

- **A residential proxy is required** — Zillow's PerimeterX protection blocks datacenter IPs. The actor rotates fingerprints + IPs and retries on challenge.
- For precise filtering (price, beds, home type), apply the filters on Zillow and paste the resulting URL into `searchUrls`.
- Fields that Zillow doesn't expose for a given listing come back as `null`.
