## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## ImmoScout24 Austria Scraper — Property Listings, No Phones

Get property listings from ImmoScout24 Austria (immobilienscout24.at): price, price per m², price cuts, living area, rooms, postcode, town and state, street and map position for agency listings, the agency, features and when it was listed — and, if you want, the full description, year built, condition, heating, energy certificate (HWB, fGEE), all the areas (living, usable, plot, garden, balcony, cellar), running and one-off costs, commission and every photo. Flats, houses, plots and commercial property, to buy or to rent. Paste your ImmoScout24 search links, or just type a place.

**Why this one**

- 🔗 **Your search, as you set it up.** Set every filter you like on immobilienscout24.at and paste the link. Or type a place here — Graz, Döbling, 1100, Tirol — and choose buy or rent, property type, price, area, rooms, private or agency, a keyword and the order below.
- ⚡ **Fast, and past the site's own page limit.** The result pages on the site end at page 100 (1,500 listings). A live test run read 2,000 Vienna flats for sale up to €300,000 in 65 seconds, all 2,000 different. Another read three searches — Vienna flats for sale, Tyrol houses for sale, Graz flats to rent — 1,800 properties in 23 seconds.
- 📋 **Details when you need them.** Tick **Open every listing for its details** for the description, energy certificate, areas and costs. A live run read every house for sale in Upper Austria up to €500,000, cheapest first, with details: 693 properties in 58 seconds, 506 of them with a heating demand (HWB) and 581 with a plot area.
- 🔒 **No phone numbers, no agent names, private owners stay anonymous.** Agencies and developers are named by their company only. Private owners get no name, no street and no map position — only postcode and town. Phone numbers, e-mail addresses and the names of contact persons written into titles and descriptions are replaced with `[phone removed]` / `[e-mail removed]` / `[name removed]`.
- 💸 **You pay only for properties delivered.** A link that is not an immobilienscout24.at search, or a place ImmoScout24 does not know, comes back as a free record with the reason.

### How to use it

1. Paste **Search links** from immobilienscout24.at, one per line — or type **Places** and choose the filters.
2. Set **Max listings per search**, and tick **Open every listing for its details** if you need the description, energy data and costs.
3. Press **Start**, and download the results from the **Output** tab as JSON, CSV or Excel.

To follow new listings in an area, choose **Newest first**, save your input as a task and schedule it daily.

You can also call it from the Apify API, from Make, Zapier or n8n, or from an AI agent through the Apify MCP server.

### Pricing

You are charged **per property delivered** — see the price on this page. Opening listings for their details costs nothing extra, only time. Links that are not immobilienscout24.at searches and places ImmoScout24 does not know are free.

### FAQ

**How many properties per search?** As many as ImmoScout24 counts for it. The site's own result pages stop at 1,500 listings; this reads further — a live run delivered 2,000 of the 5,469 Vienna flats for sale up to €300,000, then stopped at the limit it was given. Set **Max listings per search** as high as you need.

**Why do I get a few fewer than the site's count?** ImmoScout24 lists a new-build project once as a whole besides its single units; the units come through, the project record only when you tick **Also list new-build projects**. And when you set a price range, listings with "Preis auf Anfrage" or a symbolic 1 € price are left out, because their price is unknown. In the live Upper Austria run that was 10 of 703.

**Which places can I type?** Whatever ImmoScout24's own place search knows: cities and towns (Graz, Linz), Vienna districts (Döbling), postcodes (1100) and states (Tirol, Steiermark). "Salzburg" is read as the state, as on the site; for the city type its postcode (5020) or paste a link.

**Why no phone numbers or agent names?** They are personal data. Every listing has its `url`; buyers and tenants contact the agency or owner on ImmoScout24.

**Does it work for immobilienscout24.de?** No — this is for the Austrian site only. A .de link comes back as a free record saying so.

**Is this affiliated with ImmoScout24?** No. This is an independent tool that reads public immobilienscout24.at listings.

**Like it?** A short review on the Store page helps other people find this Actor. Something missing or broken? Tell us on the Issues tab — we read every one.
