## Otodom Scraper — Poland Property Listings & Prices, No Phones

Get property listings from Otodom, Poland's largest property portal: price, price per m², area, rooms, floor, voivodeship, city, district and street, seller type, new-build details, when it was first listed — and, if you want, coordinates, the full description and the building details (build year, building type, heating, condition, ownership, extras). For sale and to rent. Paste your Otodom search links — or just type a place.

**Why this one**

### How to use it

1. Paste **Search links** from otodom.pl, one per line — or type **Places** and choose the filters.
2. Set **Max listings per search**, and tick **Open every listing for its details** if you need coordinates and building data.
3. Press **Start**, and download the results from the **Output** tab as JSON, CSV or Excel.

To follow new listings in an area, save your input as a task with **Added within (days)** set to 1 and schedule it daily.

### FAQ

**How many properties per search?** As many as Otodom shows: Warsaw alone has over 20,000 flats for sale, all of them reachable. Set **Max listings per search** as high as you need.

**Why are a few results outside the place I typed?** Otodom itself adds some listings from the edge of the area; the `city`, `district` and `locationId` fields say where each one is.

**Why no phone numbers or agent names?** They are personal data. Every listing has its `url`; buyers and tenants contact the seller on Otodom.

**Is this affiliated with Otodom?** No. This is an independent tool that reads public Otodom listings.
