## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Platsbanken Scraper — Swedish Jobs & Full Ads, No Phones

Get job ads from Platsbanken, the public job board of Arbetsförmedlingen (the Swedish Public Employment Service): headline, employer, municipality and region, occupation, employment type, duration, full- or part-time, salary type, publication date, application deadline, the ad on Platsbanken, the employer's apply link and the full ad text. Paste your Platsbanken search links — or type keywords, places and occupations.

**Why this one**

- 🔗 **Your search, as you set it up.** Set the filters you like on arbetsformedlingen.se/platsbanken and paste the link. Or type keywords (sjuksköterska, python, lagerarbetare), places (Göteborg, Malmö, Skåne, Stockholms län) and occupations here, and choose occupation fields, full- or part-time, remote work, "posted within" or "published after" below.
- ⚡ **Fast.** A live test run read four searches — all of Stockholm, health care in Skåne, python and lärare in Göteborg — 3,530 jobs in 180 seconds. The daily test search (30 nurse jobs in Göteborg) takes 5 seconds.
- 📚 **Beyond the 2,100 limit.** The API shows at most 2,100 ads of one search; bigger searches are read newest first, in date windows. A live run read 2,500 of Stockholm's ~6,800 ads with no repeats.
- 🏛️ **The official source.** Data comes from Arbetsförmedlingen's open JobTech JobSearch API (the ads are CC0) — the same ads, and the same counts, as the Platsbanken website.
- 🔒 **No contact persons, no phones.** The API's contact-person fields are never read, and names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses are taken out of the ad texts (of the 1,000 newest ads, 306 had an e-mail address and 204 a phone number in the text).
- 💸 **You pay only for jobs delivered.** A link that is not a Platsbanken search, or a place or occupation Platsbanken does not know, comes back as a free record with the reason.

### What you get

For every job:

| Field | What it is |
|---|---|
| `headline`, `description` | the ad's title and full text (contact persons, phones and e-mails taken out) |
| `employer`, `employerIsPerson`, `workplace`, `organizationNumber`, `employerWebsite`, `logoUrl` | the employer as published; the workplace (for staffing agencies often the client); the company's organisation number |
| `city`, `municipality`, `municipalityCode`, `region`, `regionCode`, `postcode`, `country`, `workplaceMunicipalities` | where the job is (an ad can list several workplaces) |
| `occupation`, `occupationGroup`, `occupationField` | Platsbanken's classification (e.g. Systemutvecklare/Programmerare → Data/IT) |
| `employmentType`, `duration`, `workingHours`, `workTimePercentMin`, `workTimePercentMax`, `workplaceModel`, `vacancies` | the terms: permanent or temporary, how long, full- or part-time and how much, on site or remote |
| `salaryType`, `salaryDescription` | fixed or variable pay; the salary text when the employer filled it in (rare — most ads put it in the text) |
| `experienceRequired`, `drivingLicenseRequired`, `ownCarRequired`, `requiredSkills`, `requiredLanguages` | requirements |
| `publishedAt`, `lastPublicationDate`, `applicationDeadline` | dates, in Swedish time |
| `url`, `applicationUrl`, `applicationMethod`, `jobId` | the ad on Platsbanken, the employer's apply link, and how to apply (website, e-mail, Platsbanken) |
| `input`, `place`, `position`, `scrapedAt`, `status`, `error` | which search it came from, and why a search gave nothing |

}
```
### How to use it
1. Paste **Search links** from arbetsformedlingen.se/platsbanken, one per line — or type **Keywords**, **Places** and **Occupations**. Each keyword is searched in each place.
2. Narrow it down if you like: **Occupation fields**, **Working hours**, **Remote work only**, **Posted within (days)** or **Published after**, and set **Max jobs per search**.
3. Press **Start**, and download the results from the **Output** tab as JSON, CSV or Excel.
To follow new jobs, save your input as a task with **Posted within (days)** set to 1 and schedule it daily. The date filters work for links too.
Occupations are matched to Platsbanken's own list: an exact name ("Systemutvecklare/Programmerare", "Grundutbildade sjuksköterskor", "Data/IT") is that one; otherwise every occupation that contains what you typed — "lärare" picks Förskollärare, Gymnasielärare, Lärare i grundskolan and the rest. The run log says what each one matched.
You can also call it from the Apify API, from Make, Zapier or n8n, or from an AI agent through the Apify MCP server.
### Pricing
You are charged **per job delivered** — see the price on this page. Links that are not Platsbanken searches, and places or occupations Platsbanken does not know, are free.
### FAQ
**How many jobs per search?** As many as you ask for. Platsbanken has about 44,000 ads in all; Stockholm municipality alone about 6,800. The API shows 2,100 ads of one search, so a bigger search is read newest first in date windows.
**Which Platsbanken links work?** Search results pages (arbetsformedlingen.se/platsbanken/annonser?…) with keywords, places, occupations, employment type, full-/part-time, "published" (today, 7 or 30 days), remote work, "open to all", abroad, trainee, "no experience required", "no driving licence required" and the sort order. Three website filters have no counterpart in the open API — "Annonser från andra webbplatser" (ads Platsbanken found on other job sites), "Introduktionsjobb / Nystartsjobb / Anställning med stöd" and the education filter; a link with one of them comes back as a free record that says so. A link to a single ad is not a search.
**Why is a job outside the place I searched?** An ad can list several workplaces and is found under each of them: in a Stockholm search, 12 of 2,500 ads had another first workplace (Sandviken, Tierp, …) with Stockholm among the others. `workplaceMunicipalities` lists them all.
**Why no phone numbers or contact names?** They are personal data. Every ad has its `url` and, mostly, an `applicationUrl`; applicants contact the employer there. Sentences that ask you to contact a named person are taken out of the text; the rest of the ad stays (on a sample of 3,860 ads, 97.7% of the text was kept).
**Some employers are people's names?** A few employers publish under a person's name — a sole trader (enskild firma) or a private employer: 6 of 3,530 jobs in a live run. When such an employer has no company organisation number and its name is a person's, `employer` is left empty and `employerIsPerson` is true (a private person hiring, often a personal assistant, says something about their health); other firms keep their name. The organisation number is shown only for companies (a sole trader's number is the owner's personal identity number).
**Where does the data come from?** From the JobSearch API of JobTech Dev, run by Arbetsförmedlingen (jobsearch.api.jobtechdev.se). The ads are published under CC0. To mirror every ad continuously, Arbetsförmedlingen offers its own JobStream API.
**Is this affiliated with Arbetsförmedlingen or Platsbanken?** No. This is an independent tool that reads Arbetsförmedlingen's open, public job ad data.
# Actor input Schema
## `searchUrls` (type: `array`):
Set up a search on arbetsformedlingen.se/platsbanken with the filters you want and paste the address of the results page. One per line.
## `keywords` (type: `array`):
Or search here without a link: job titles, skills or employers (sjuksköterska, python, lagerarbetare, Volvo). Each keyword is searched in each place below, or in all of Sweden when there is no place. The filters below apply.
## `locations` (type: `array`):
Swedish municipalities (kommuner) or regions (län): Göteborg, Malmö, Stockholm, Skåne, Västra Götaland, Stockholms län, or a municipality code such as 0180. A place without keywords gives all its jobs.
## `maxListingsPerSearch` (type: `integer`):
Stops each search after this many jobs.
## `occupations` (type: `array`):
Optional: only jobs in these occupations, as Platsbanken names them (Systemutvecklare/Programmerare; Grundutbildade sjuksköterskor; Data/IT). Otherwise every occupation that contains the text: "lärare" picks Förskollärare, Gymnasielärare, Lärare i grundskolan and the rest. The run log says what each one matched.
## `occupationFields` (type: `array`):
Optional: only jobs in any of these fields (yrkesområden). Combined with Occupations as "either".
## `workingHours` (type: `string`):
Optional: only full-time or only part-time jobs.
## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):
Only ads that say remote work is possible (the API's own phrase matching on the ad text).
## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):
Optional: only ads published in the last this-many days (1 = the last 24 hours). 0: any date. Works for links too.
## `publishedAfter` (type: `string`):
Optional: only ads published on or after this date (Swedish time). Works for links too.
## `sortBy` (type: `string`):
For keyword and place searches. Searches with more than 2,100 ads are read newest first when you ask for more than that.
## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):
How many searches to work on at the same time.
## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):
Used only to try again after a network error: the first try goes out directly.
    "useApifyProxy": true
  }
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `results` (type: `string`):

Every result as a JSON record, with a status for each input.

## `resultsCsv` (type: `string`):

The same records as CSV, for a spreadsheet.
