## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Storia Scraper — Romania Property Listings & Prices, No Phones

Get property listings from Storia, Romania's property portal from the OLX group: price in EUR or RON, price per m², area, rooms, floor, county, city, Bucharest sector, district and street, seller type, new-development details, when it was first listed — and, if you want, coordinates, the full description, plot area and building details (build year, building type and material, layout, heating, condition, extras). For sale and to rent. Paste your Storia search links — or just type a place.

**Why this one**

- 🔗 **Your search, as you set it up.** Set every filter you like on storia.ro and paste the link. Or type a place here — Bucharest, Sector 3, Cluj-Napoca, Floreasca, Brașov, Ilfov county — and choose sale or rent, property type, price, area, rooms, private owner, agency or developer, new build or resale, "added within" and radius below.
- ⚡ **Fast.** A live test run read three searches — Bucharest flats for sale, Cluj-Napoca 2–3-room flats to rent up to €700, and Brașov 3–4-room houses from private owners — 4,006 properties in 107 seconds.
- 📍 **Details when you need them.** Tick **Open every listing for its details** for coordinates, the full description and the building data. A live run read 300 listings with details (Cluj-Napoca flats to rent, Ilfov houses added in the last week) in 30 seconds.
- 💱 **EUR or RON, as listed.** Every price comes with its `currency`: in a live run 39 of 2,000 Cluj-Napoca rentals were priced in RON.
- 🔒 **No phone numbers, no agent names.** Agencies and developers are named by their company; private sellers by nothing, and without their street or map point. Phone numbers and e-mail addresses written into titles and descriptions are replaced with `[phone removed]` / `[e-mail removed]`.
- 💸 **You pay only for properties delivered.** A link that is not a Storia search, or a place Storia does not know, comes back as a free record with the reason.

### What you get

For every property:

| Field | What it is |
|---|---|
| `price`, `currency`, `pricePerSqm` | the asking price (for rent, per month) in EUR or RON as the ad gives it, and the price per m² |
| `monthlyRent`, `monthlyRentCurrency` | the "Chirie" line when the ad has one — on a sale listing, what the property rents for |
| `propertyType`, `transaction`, `title` | FLAT, HOUSE, TERRAIN, COMMERCIAL_PROPERTY, HALL, GARAGE, ROOM, INVESTMENT; sale or rent |
| `areaSqm`, `rooms`, `floor` | size and layout (floor 0 = ground floor; 11 rooms means more than 10) |
| `county`, `city`, `sector`, `district`, `village`, `street`, `locationId` | where it is (no street for private sellers) |
| `sellerType`, `agency` | private / agency / developer / business / olx (an ad cross-posted from OLX.ro), and the company name (none for private sellers or OLX cross-posts) |
| `developmentTitle`, `investmentState`, `investmentUnits`, `investmentDelivery`, `priceFromPerSqm` | for new developments |
| `tags`, `shortDescription` | BALCONY, SEPARATE_KITCHEN, AIR_CONDITIONING, PARKING_SPOT, … and the start of the ad text |
| `firstListed`, `bumpedAt`, `isPromoted`, `isExclusive` | listing dates (UTC) and flags |
| `image`, `imageCount`, `url`, `listingId` | the listing |
| `input`, `place`, `position`, `scrapedAt`, `status`, `error` | which search it came from, and why a search gave nothing |

With **Open every listing for its details** also: `latitude`, `longitude` (not for private sellers), `description`, `market`, `plotAreaSqm`, `buildYear`, `buildingFloors`, `buildingType`, `buildingMaterial`, `ownership`, `condition`, `layout` (decomandat, semidecomandat, …), `heating`, `windows`, `extras`, `security`, `media`, `equipment`, `deposit`, `modifiedAt`, `floorPlanCount`, `listingStatus`.

### How to use it

1. Paste **Search links** from storia.ro, one per line — or type **Places** and choose the filters.
2. Set **Max listings per search**, and tick **Open every listing for its details** if you need coordinates and building data.
3. Press **Start**, and download the results from the **Output** tab as JSON, CSV or Excel.

To follow new listings in an area, save your input as a task with **Added within (days)** set to 1 and schedule it daily.

You can also call it from the Apify API, from Make, Zapier or n8n, or from an AI agent through the Apify MCP server.

### Pricing

You are charged **per property delivered** — see the price on this page. Opening listings for their details costs nothing extra, only time. Links that are not Storia searches and places Storia does not know are free.

### FAQ

**How many properties per search?** As many as Storia shows: Romania has almost 80,000 flats for sale on it and Bucharest alone over 21,000, and every results page is reachable. Set **Max listings per search** as high as you need.

**What do I type in Places?** A city, town or commune (Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, Brașov), a neighbourhood (Floreasca, Pipera), a Bucharest sector ("Sector 3") or a county. Add "county" for a whole county ("Cluj county").

**In which currency is the price filter?** In EUR, as on Storia: it also catches listings priced in RON, converted. Each result keeps the currency of its ad.

**Why are a few results outside the place I typed?** Storia itself adds some listings from the edge of the area; the `county`, `city` and `locationId` fields say where each one is.

**Why no phone numbers or agent names?** They are personal data. Every listing has its `url`; buyers and tenants contact the seller on Storia.

**Is this affiliated with Storia?** No. This is an independent tool that reads public Storia listings.

**Like it?** A short review on the Store page helps other people find this Actor. Something missing or broken? Tell us on the Issues tab — we read every one.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Or search here without a link: cities, towns, communes, neighbourhoods, Bucharest sectors or counties (Bucharest, Sector 3, Cluj-Napoca, Floreasca, Ilfov). Add "county" for a whole county ("Cluj county"). The filters below apply.

## `maxListingsPerSearch` (type: `integer`):

Stops each search after this many listings.

## `transaction` (type: `string`):

For the places above.

## `propertyType` (type: `string`):

For the places above.

## `minPrice` (type: `integer`):

Optional. For rent: per month.

## `maxPrice` (type: `integer`):

## `includeDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Adds coordinates (not for private sellers), the full description, build year, building type and material, layout, condition, heating and extras. One more page per listing, so slower.

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

How many searches to work on at the same time.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Used only to try again after a network error: the first try goes out directly. Storia turns many datacenter addresses down, so keep the residential proxy.
