## Subito Scraper — Italy Property, Cars & Marketplace, No Phones

Get listings from Subito.it, Italy's largest classifieds site, from all of its big sections: **property** (flats, houses, rooms, garages, land, offices — for sale, to rent and holiday rent), **vehicles** (cars, motorbikes, vans, campers, boats) and the **marketplace** (phones, bikes, furniture, clothes, anything). Price, region, province and town, the ad text, when it was published, seller type, the pictures and the section's own data — m², rooms, bathrooms, floor, energy class, heating; make, model, version, year, mileage, fuel, gearbox and power. Paste your subito search links, or type keywords.

2. Set **Max listings per search**. Untick **Include private sellers** to keep agencies, dealers and shops only.

To follow new listings or prices, keep subito's default order (newest first), save the input as a task and schedule it daily.

You are charged **per listing delivered** — see the price on this page. Links that are not subito searches, places or categories subito does not know, and searches without results are free.

### FAQ

**How many listings per search?** subito shows the first 9,000 listings of any search (300 pages of 30). A live run read all of it for the cars for sale in all of Italy: 8,996 different cars in 392 seconds (the other 4 were repeats, as new ads pushed older ones onto the next page while it read). There are over 530,000 of them, so to reach more, split a big search by region, make or price.

**Is the description complete?** For about 97 in 100 ads, yes. subito's search pages cut the text at 2,000 characters; in three live runs about 3% of the ads — nearly all long ads from dealers and agencies — were cut. The `url` opens the whole ad.

**Why no address or map point for some listings?** Those are private sellers: their street and map point are their home. Their town and province are included.

**Why do some descriptions say `###phonenumber###`?** That is how subito itself hides phone numbers in the ad text.

**Does it need a proxy?** subito turns down requests straight from the Apify servers and many datacenter addresses, so every page goes through Apify's Italian residential proxy by default. If subito still turns a search down, the dataset says so (not charged); run it again later.

**Jobs and services?** Not included: those ads are about private persons.

**Is this affiliated with Subito?** No. This is an independent tool that reads public subito.it listings.
