## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Tori.fi Scraper — Finland Marketplace Listings, No Phones

Get listings from Tori (tori.fi), Finland's largest marketplace: furniture, electronics, bikes, clothes, kids' things, LEGO, car and boat parts, animals, business goods — everything Tori sells. Title, price, district and town, private seller or business and the company name, when it was published, pictures, brand, ToriDiili shipping and "buy now". If you want them, also the full description, the category path, the condition, the postcode and the item details (brand, size, measurements…). Paste your Tori search links — or just type a keyword.

**Why this one**

- 🔗 **Your search, as you set it up.** Set every filter you like on tori.fi and paste the link. Or type keywords here — "sohva", "iphone 15", "sähköpyörä" — and choose a category, a region, town or district (Uusimaa, Tampere, Kallio… English and Swedish names work too), a price range, the condition, for sale / given away / wanted, private sellers or businesses, and the order.
- ⚡ **Fast.** The ready-made search delivers its 30 listings in about 4 seconds. A live test run read three searches — bikes in Pirkanmaa up to 500 €, businesses' sofas newest first, and (as a keyword) privately sold LEGO in Varsinais-Suomi from 20 € — opened every listing for its description and delivered 4,012 listings in 209 seconds.
- 📚 **More than Tori's 50 pages.** Tori stops every search after 50 pages (2,650 listings). The Actor reads on region by region, town by town, district by district and in price bands: a live run delivered 4,000 of the 9,387 sofas and armchairs in Uusimaa, with no duplicates, in 112 seconds.
- 📝 **Descriptions when you need them.** Tick **Open every listing for its description** for the ad text, the category path, the condition, the postcode and the item details. In the live run above all 4,012 listings came with their description, category and postcode, and 3,429 with a condition (not every ad states one).
- 🔒 **No phone numbers, no seller names.** Businesses are named by their company; private sellers by nothing — only their district and town (and postcode), no map point, no user id. Phone numbers and e-mail addresses written into titles and descriptions are replaced with `[phone removed]` / `[e-mail removed]` — "040 123 4567", "+358 40 123 4567", "00358…", "puh 050 12345" — while prices, years, postcodes, sizes, ISBNs and product codes stay. Links to a seller's Tori profile are taken out too. In the same live run, 508 of the 4,012 listings had a phone number in the text and 189 an e-mail address.
- 💸 **You pay only for listings delivered.** A link that is not a Tori search, a place Tori does not know, or a search with no listings comes back as a free record with the reason.

### What you get

For every listing:

| Field | What it is |
|---|---|
| `title`, `price`, `currency` | the ad title and the asking price (EUR) |
| `location`, `latitude`, `longitude` | the district and town ("Kaleva, Tampere"); the map point only for businesses |
| `sellerType`, `seller` | private or business, and the company name (none for private sellers) |
| `published` | when the ad was published or renewed |
| `tradeType` | for sale, give away or wanted |
| `brand`, `canShip`, `buyNow`, `sellerPaysShipping`, `isSold` | the brand, ToriDiili shipping, "buy now", free shipping, sold |
| `matchedBy` | whether the ad has your words (`keyword`) or Tori added it as similar (`semantic`) |
| `image`, `imageCount`, `url`, `listingId` | the listing |
| `input`, `region`, `position`, `scrapedAt`, `status`, `error` | which search it came from, and why a search gave nothing |

With **Open every listing for its description** also: `description`, `category` (e.g. "Urheilu ja ulkoilu > Pyöräily > Polkupyörät"), `condition` (e.g. "Kuin uusi"), `postcode`, `postalArea` (town, district and region), `details` (Tori's item details, such as brand, size or type), `edited`, `isWebshop`.

#### Example

A real record from a live run with **Open every listing for its description** ticked — a bike from a shop in Tampere, 25 September 2026:

```json
{
  "listingId": "47576827",
  "url": "https://www.tori.fi/recommerce/forsale/item/47576827",
  "title": "Polkupyörä",
  "price": 300,
  "currency": "EUR",
  "location": "Kaleva, Tampere",
  "latitude": 61.49577,
  "longitude": 23.80916,
  "sellerType": "business",
  "seller": "Willari",
  "published": "2026-09-24T10:55:01.000Z",
  "imageCount": 2,
  "matchedBy": "keyword",
  "tradeType": "for sale",
  "brand": "Helkama",
  "canShip": false,
  "buyNow": false,
  "isSold": false,
  "description": "Helkama S2 - huollettu ja valmis ajoon!\n\nVaihteisto: 3x8 vaihdetta\nKoko: Sopii 160 - 175 cm pitkälle polkijalle\nJarrut: Levyjarrut\nMuuta: Sisältää lokasuojat…",
  "category": "Urheilu ja ulkoilu > Pyöräily > Polkupyörät",
  "condition": "Kuin uusi",
  "postcode": "33540",
  "postalArea": "Tampere, Kaleva, Pirkanmaa",
  "details": { "Runkokoko": "M", "Rengaskoko": "28\"/700c", "Merkki": "Helkama", "Tyyppi": "Hybridipyörät", "Sukupuoli": "Naiset" },
  "isWebshop": true,
  "status": "OK"
}
```

A private seller's listing from the same run comes with `"seller": null`, `"latitude": null` and `"longitude": null` — only the district, the town and the postcode.

### How to use it

1. Paste **Search links** from tori.fi, one per line — or type **Keywords** and choose the filters.
2. Set **Max listings per search**, and tick **Open every listing for its description** if you need the ad text, the condition and the category.
3. Press **Start**, and download the results from the **Output** tab as JSON, CSV or Excel.

To follow new listings, choose **Newest first** (or sort by date on tori.fi before you copy the link), save your input as a task and schedule it daily.

You can also call it from the Apify API, from Make, Zapier or n8n, or from an AI agent through the Apify MCP server.

### Pricing

You are charged **per listing delivered** — see the price on this page. Opening listings for their descriptions costs nothing extra, only time. Links that are not Tori searches, places Tori does not know and searches with no listings are free.

### FAQ

**How many listings per search?** As many as you set in **Max listings per search**. Past Tori's own limit of 50 pages the Actor splits the search by region, town, district and price band, and leaves out listings it has already delivered.

**Why are there listings without my words?** When a search finds only a few ads with your words, Tori adds similar ones and counts them in its own result: "volvo pv444" gives 53 listings, 23 of them with the words. `matchedBy` tells them apart; tick **Only exact matches** to leave the similar ones out.

**Can I get cars, boats or apartments?** No. Tori no longer lists them itself: cars moved to Autovex (autovex.fi) and homes to Oikotie. Car parts, boat parts, trailers and caravan equipment are on Tori and come through ("Auto-, vene- ja moottoripyörätarvikkeet").

**Do old Tori links work?** Links from the old Tori site (tori.fi/li?q=…, tori.fi/uusimaa?q=…, tori.fi/koko_suomi/…) no longer open on tori.fi, so they come back as a free record with the reason. Set the search up again on tori.fi and copy the new link.

**Why no condition or category without the description option?** Tori's search results do not carry them; they are on each listing's own page, which the Actor opens when you tick the option.

**Why no phone numbers or seller names?** They are personal data. Every listing has its `url`; buyers contact the seller on Tori. Note that the description is the seller's own text: it is passed on as written apart from phone numbers, e-mail addresses, profile links and (for private sellers) street addresses.

**Is this affiliated with Tori?** No. This is an independent tool that reads public Tori listings.

# Actor input Schema

## `searchUrls` (type: `array`):

Set up a search on tori.fi with all the filters you want (words, category, region or town, price, condition, private or business seller…) and paste the address of the results page. One per line.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Or search for these words, one per line — e.g. "sohva", "iphone 15", "sähköpyörä". The options below apply to them.

## `maxListingsPerSearch` (type: `integer`):

Stops each search (link or keyword) after this many listings. Tori shows at most 50 pages (2,650 listings) for one search; to go further, the Actor reads the rest region by region, town by town and in price bands.

## `category` (type: `string`):

Optional, for the keywords above. For a narrower category (e.g. sofas or bikes), set it up on tori.fi and paste the link instead.

## `region` (type: `string`):

Optional, for the keywords above: a region (maakunta) such as "Uusimaa" or "Pirkanmaa", a town such as "Helsinki", "Tampere" or "Oulu", or a district such as "Kallio". English and Swedish names work too (Lapland, Helsingfors, Åbo). Empty: all of Finland.

## `minPrice` (type: `integer`):

Optional, for the keywords above.

## `maxPrice` (type: `integer`):

Optional, for the keywords above.

## `condition` (type: `string`):

Optional, for the keywords above.

## `tradeType` (type: `string`):

Optional, for the keywords above.

## `sellerType` (type: `string`):

Optional, for the keywords above.

## `sortBy` (type: `string`):

For the keywords above.

## `exactMatchesOnly` (type: `boolean`):

When a search finds only a few listings with your words, Tori adds similar ones and counts them in its result ("volvo pv444": 53 listings, 23 of them with the words). Tick to leave the similar ones out. Every record says how it matched in "matchedBy".

## `includeDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Adds the full description, the category, the condition, the postcode and the item details (brand, size, measurements…) to every listing. One more page per listing, so slower.

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

How many searches to work on at the same time.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Used only to try again after a network error: the first try goes out directly.
