## Pricing

from $2.40 / 1,000 events

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Events & Webinars Finder (Eventbrite + Meetup)

Find **events, webinars, workshops, conferences and meetups** on **Eventbrite and Meetup** in one run. Search by keyword and city, or online only, and get one clean list with dates, time zone, location, venue, organizer, attendee count, categories, description and links. No login.

### What you can use it for

- **Event sponsors and vendors:** find conferences and meetups in your niche and city to sponsor or exhibit at.
- **Marketers and community managers:** track competitor webinars and topics that draw crowds.
- **Event newsletters and directories:** fill a weekly "what's on" list automatically.
- **Sales prospecting:** organizers of events in your niche are often buyers of event tools, venues and services.
- **Speakers:** spot events looking for talks on your topic.

### Input

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Keywords | Topics such as AI, marketing webinar, startup, real estate. |
| Locations | `online`, or City, Country (`Mumbai, India`, `London, United Kingdom`, `Dubai, UAE`). For the US: `San Francisco, CA, US`. |
| Platforms | Eventbrite, Meetup, or both. |
| Max events per keyword and location | Per platform. Eventbrite can return up to about 1,000; Meetup returns its top results per search. |
| Starting from / until | Date window for event start. |
| Eventbrite search URLs | Paste any Eventbrite search page with your own filters. |

```json
{
  "keywords": ["AI", "marketing"],
  "locations": ["online", "London, United Kingdom"],
  "sources": ["eventbrite", "meetup"],
  "maxEventsPerSearch": 100
}
```

### Output

Same columns for both platforms (real output, October 2026):

```json
{
  "platform": "meetup",
  "title": "Hands-on Workshop - On-device AI with Gemma 4",
  "url": "https://www.meetup.com/deeptechstars/events/316908489/",
  "startDate": "2026-10-24",
  "startTime": "10:00",
  "timezone": "Asia/Kolkata",
  "isOnline": false,
  "city": "Mumbai",
  "country": "IN",
  "venueName": "Bandra / BKC",
  "organizer": "AI Meetups by Deep Tech Stars",
  "organizerUrl": "https://www.meetup.com/deeptechstars/",
  "attendees": 49,
  "isFree": true,
  "description": "Attention: AI Devs in Mumbai and Pune! ...",
  "keyword": "AI",
  "location": "Mumbai, India"
}
```

Eventbrite rows also include end date and time, region, categories and format (e.g. Conference, Seminar or Talk) and the event image.

### Pricing

Pay per event saved: **$3 per 1,000 events** on paid Apify plans (less on Scale and Business). Duplicates across searches are removed before saving, so you never pay twice for the same event.

### Tips

- Add a country to every city so both platforms find the right place.
- Run it weekly with a date window for a fresh events list.
