## Pricing

from $4.00 / 1,000 channels

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Telegram Channel Stats: Subscribers, Views & Engagement

**Vet public Telegram channels** before you buy ads, partner or add them to a watchlist. One row per channel with **subscribers, posts per day, average and median views, views per subscriber, reactions, last post date**, content mix, top hashtags and top posts, all computed from the channel's newest posts. No login, no Telegram account.

### What you can use it for

- **Telegram ad buying:** spot inflated channels (many subscribers, few views) before you pay.
- **Influencer and partner research:** compare a list of channels side by side.
- **Competitor tracking:** follow how often competitors post and how much reach they get.
- **Lead lists:** channel title, description and links for outreach.

### Input

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Channels | Public channel usernames or links (durov, @durov, https://t.me/durov). |
| Posts to analyze per channel | The newest posts used for the numbers (default 60, up to 500). |

```json
{
  "channels": ["durov", "telegram", "bbcbreaking"],
  "postsToAnalyze": 60
}
```

### Output

One row per channel (real output, October 2026; shortened):

```json
{
  "channelUsername": "durov",
  "title": "Pavel Durov",
  "description": "Founder of Telegram.",
  "subscribers": 10300000,
  "verified": true,
  "postsAnalyzed": 60,
  "analyzedFrom": "2026-04-13T21:25:34.000Z",
  "analyzedTo": "2026-10-11T14:52:40.000Z",
  "daysSinceLastPost": 8.9,
  "postsLast30Days": 2,
  "postsPerDay": 0.33,
  "avgViews": 6899500,
  "medianViews": 4720000,
  "viewsPerSubscriberPercent": 67,
  "avgReactions": 104682,
  "reactionsPer1000Views": 15.17,
  "mediaMixPercent": { "video": 30, "text": 55, "photo": 15 },
  "withLinksPercent": 53.3,
  "topPosts": [{ "url": "https://t.me/durov/527", "views": 24400000 }]
}
```

`viewsPerSubscriberPercent` uses posts older than a day (newer posts are still collecting views), so it reflects real reach.

### Pricing

**$5 per 1,000 channels** on paid Apify plans, less on Scale and Business. Channels without a public preview are skipped and not charged.

### Tips

- Need the posts themselves? Use our Telegram Channel Scraper or Telegram Channel Search.
- More posts to analyze gives steadier averages for busy channels.

# Actor input Schema

## `channels` (type: `array`):

One per line: a username (durov), @durov, or a link (https://t.me/durov). Only public channels with a web preview work; private channels and groups are skipped.

## `postsToAnalyze` (type: `integer`):

The newest posts used for activity, views and engagement. More posts give steadier numbers.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Usually not needed. Turn on for very large runs.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "channels": [
    "durov",
    "telegram"
  ],
  "postsToAnalyze": 60,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": false
  }
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `results` (type: `string`):
