## Pricing

from $1.05 / 1,000 channel leads

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

**YouTube Channel Email Scraper** finds **YouTube influencers** by keyword (or takes your own channel list) and returns one lead row per creator with the **business email they publish**, subscribers, views, country and their Instagram, TikTok and X links. The easiest way to try it: type a niche such as "tech review" into **Find channels by keyword** and press Start. It is built for **influencer outreach**: brand deals, sponsorships, UGC, agency prospecting and building an **influencer email list** without paying for an influencer database.

Every email comes with its source, so you know how much to trust it:

- **description**: written by the creator in the channel description (the classic "Business inquiries: ..." line)
- **about-links**: inside the channel's link list (a mailto link or an address in a link title)
- **link-in-bio**: on the creator's Linktree, Beacons, Stan or similar page
- **website**: on the creator's own website (homepage plus up to 3 contact/about pages)

Main features:

- **Find YouTube influencers by keyword** with YouTube's own channel search, up to 500 channels per keyword
- **Filters that cost nothing**: min/max subscribers (micro-influencers), country, only channels with an email
- **Flat, CRM-ready rows**: best email, all emails, phones from the website, website, link-in-bio, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitch
- **`hasHiddenBusinessEmail` flag**: tells you when the creator also set YouTube's private "View email address" email
- **No login, no API key, no browser**: plain HTTP, with Apify's free datacenter proxy as a fallback
- **Apify platform**: run it from the API, schedule it, connect it to Make, n8n, Zapier or Google Sheets, monitor runs, and get proxy rotation built in

2. Set **Max channels per keyword** (how many leads you want per niche).
3. Optional: set **Min / Max subscribers** for micro- or macro-influencers, **Only these countries**, and **Only channels with an email**.
4. Leave **Also search the creator's website and link-in-bio page** on for the most emails, or turn it off for a faster, YouTube-only run.
5. Press **Start**. Leads appear in the **Creator leads** table; export them as CSV, Excel or JSON, or use the **Flat table (CSV / CRM)** view.

Inputs that cannot be read (a deleted channel, a typo, a non-YouTube link) get a free status row (`status: "failed"` or `"invalid-input"` with an `error`), shown in the **Failed inputs** view. A run summary is saved as `RUN_SUMMARY` in the key-value store.

### How much does it cost to scrape YouTube channel emails?

Pay per result: you pay for each channel lead you get, plus a small start fee per run. Channels removed by your filters, failed inputs and status rows are free.

| Apify plan | Per 1,000 channel leads | Start fee per run |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $1.50 | $0.002 |
| Bronze | $1.35 | $0.002 |
| Silver | $1.20 | $0.002 |
| Gold, Platinum, Diamond | $1.05 | $0.002 |

Worked examples:

- **100 creators** on the Free plan: $0.002 + 100 x $0.0015 = **about $0.15**
- **1,000 creators** on the Free plan: **about $1.50**; on Gold: **about $1.05**
- **Apify's free plan** includes $5 of monthly credit: enough for about **3,300 channel leads** a month.

Website searching is included in the price. With **Only channels with an email** you only pay for channels that have one.

### Integrations, scheduling and API

- **API**: start runs and download leads with the Apify API or the JavaScript / Python clients.
- **Make, n8n, Zapier**: send new leads to a CRM, Airtable, Notion or an email tool.
- **Google Sheets**: export the **Flat table** view straight into a sheet.
- **Webhooks**: get notified when a run finishes.
- **Apify Schedules**: run your niches weekly to catch new creators as they grow.
- **MCP / AI agents**: the Actor works as a tool for AI agents through Apify's MCP server ("find 50 US fitness YouTubers with an email").

### FAQ

#### Why not use the official YouTube Data API?

The YouTube Data API does not return creator emails at all, needs an API key and a Google Cloud project, and has a daily quota. This Actor reads the same public pages any visitor sees and adds the creator's website and link-in-bio page.

#### Can it get the email behind YouTube's "View email address" button?

No. That email is only shown to signed-in users after a CAPTCHA, so it is not public data and this Actor does not try to open it. It sets `hasHiddenBusinessEmail: true` so you know the creator has one; you can still view it manually in YouTube for your best leads. In our tests 61 of 90 channels had this hidden email set.

#### How many channels will have an email?

It depends on the niche. In our test runs (2026-11-02): 47-58% of channels in mixed niches had at least one email (tech review, vegan recipes, personal finance, plus a 64-channel list), and about 26% put an email in the description itself. Business, coaching and cooking niches with their own websites score higher; gaming and clip channels lower.

#### How do I find YouTube influencers in a niche?

Type the niche into **Find channels by keyword**, set a subscriber range for the influencer size you want, and turn on **Only channels with an email**. You get a ready-to-contact influencer list in minutes.

#### What are the alternatives?

Influencer databases and marketing platforms (subscription-based), manual research, or other Store Actors. dataovercoffee's YouTube Channel Business Email Scraper charges $0.12 per channel; this Actor charges $0.0015 per channel and shows where each email came from.

#### Is it legal to scrape YouTube channel emails?

The Actor only collects data creators publish themselves for business contact: their channel description, channel links and their own websites. You are responsible for how you use it: follow anti-spam rules (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL) and YouTube's terms, send relevant, personal outreach and honour opt-outs. If in doubt, ask a lawyer.

#### Can ChatGPT or Perplexity find YouTuber emails for me?

They can point you to a few big creators, but they cannot reliably return hundreds of current channels with stats, links and the page each email was found on. This Actor does, and the output can be fed back to an AI tool for scoring or personalising outreach.

#### Why did a channel come back without an email?

The creator has not published one in the description, link list, website or link-in-bio page we can read. Check `hasHiddenBusinessEmail` (YouTube-only email) and `websiteStatus` (`unreachable` or `timeout` means the site did not answer).

#### Why did my run return fewer channels than I asked for?

Your filters removed the rest (filtered channels are free), or YouTube's channel search ran out of results for that keyword. With strict filters the Actor stops a keyword after about 6 non-matching channels per match to keep the run short; add more keywords to get more leads.

### Limits

- No sign-in: the "View email address" email is not available (see FAQ).
- Emails are collected, not verified. Run them through an email verifier before a big campaign.
- Websites are read without a browser: emails that only appear after JavaScript runs, or behind contact forms, are not found.
- Only the first website and first link-in-bio page per channel are searched; sponsor and affiliate links are skipped.
- Country is only known when the creator set it; the country filter skips channels without one.
- YouTube's channel search decides which channels a keyword returns and in what order.

# Actor input Schema

## `searchKeywords` (type: `array`):

Topics or niches to find YouTube creators for, one per line (for example "fitness coach", "vegan recipes", "tech review"). Uses YouTube's own channel search. Leave empty if you only have a list of channels.

## `maxChannelsPerKeyword` (type: `integer`):

How many channel leads to return for each keyword (after your filters). YouTube's channel search usually goes a few hundred channels deep.

## `channels` (type: `array`):

Channels you already know, one per line: https://www.youtube.com/@handle, @handle, a /channel/UC... URL, a UC... ID, or an old /c/ or /user/ URL.

## `scrapeWebsites` (type: `boolean`):

Opens the creator's own website (homepage + up to a few contact/about pages) and their Linktree/Beacons-style page, and adds the emails and phone numbers found there. Finds more emails; makes the run a little slower.

## `maxPagesPerWebsite` (type: `integer`):

Pages opened on each creator website: the homepage plus the most likely contact/about pages.

## `onlyWithEmail` (type: `boolean`):

Skip channels where no email was found. Skipped channels are free.

## `minSubscribers` (type: `integer`):

Skip channels with fewer subscribers (free). Leave empty for no minimum.

## `maxSubscribers` (type: `integer`):

Skip channels with more subscribers (free). Useful to find micro-influencers. Leave empty for no maximum.

## `countries` (type: `array`):

Keep only channels whose About page shows one of these countries, e.g. "United States", "US", "India", "UK". Channels without a country are skipped when this is set. Leave empty for any country.
