## Spain New Companies Daily (BORME) — B2B Leads by Sector

**Every company registered in Spain each business day, structured and classified by sector.** Around **460 new companies per day**, ~115,000 per year, from the official Spanish Business Registry Gazette (BORME).

### Use cases

### Sobre la clasificación por sector: qué esperar

El BORME describe la actividad **en prosa**, no en campos. Este actor la estructura así:

- **Si la sociedad cita su código CNAE en el objeto social** (alrededor de un tercio de los casos), se usa ese dato y se marca `sector_origen: declarado`.
- **Si no lo cita**, se infiere del texto y se marca `sector_origen: inferido`, con su nivel de confianza y sus sectores secundarios.

**Nunca se presenta una inferencia como si fuera un dato oficial.** Medido contra las constituciones que sí declaran su CNAE, la clasificación acierta el sector exacto en el 69,7% de los casos y lo incluye entre los sectores detectados en el 79,1%.

Muchas sociedades declaran varias actividades a la vez, así que el campo `sectores_secundarios` no es un extra: es parte de la respuesta. Si filtras por *Construcción*, recibirás también empresas cuya actividad principal es inmobiliaria pero que construyen — normalmente es lo que quieres.

### Protección de datos

**Este actor no devuelve datos de personas físicas.** Nada de nombres de administradores, socios únicos o apoderados, ni documentos de identidad.

De los cargos solo se devuelve **el tipo de órgano** ("Administrador único", "Administradores solidarios", "Consejo de administración"). Los actos de tipo *Otros conceptos* y *Fe de erratas*, que en el BORME contienen texto libre con nombres y números de documento, se omiten por completo: se registra que el acto existe, no su contenido. Todos los campos de texto pasan además por un filtro que suprime identificadores y nombres.

### Notas de uso

- El BORME **no se publica en fin de semana ni festivos**. Los días sin boletín se saltan solos.
- El campo `codigo_postal` aparece en torno a un 26% de los casos **porque la fuente no siempre lo publica**. El municipio sí está en el 95%.
- Empieza con un día y pocos filtros para ver la forma de los datos antes de lanzar rangos largos.

Datos procedentes de la Agencia Estatal Boletín Oficial del Estado, reutilizados conforme a la Ley 37/2007, al RD 1495/2011 y a la Resolución de la AEBOE de 27 de junio de 2024, que autoriza expresamente la reutilización con fines comerciales.

Cada registro incorpora la cita obligatoria: *"Basado en datos de la Agencia Estatal Boletín Oficial del Estado"*.
