## TED Tenders (ZWAiHub)

Search **Tenders Electronic Daily (TED)** procurement notices using the official TED Search API v3. This actor is anonymous and keyless: it uses `POST https://api.ted.europa.eu/v3/notices/search`, never scrapes TED HTML, and does not require a proxy.

### Output

Each dataset item contains `publicationNumber`, English-preferred `title`, `buyerName`, `buyerCountry`, `publicationDate`, earliest lot `deadlineDate`, deduplicated `cpvCodes`, `procedureType`, `formType`, `estimatedValue`, `currency`, `xmlUrl`, `pdfUrlEn`, and `source` (`TED`). Missing optional fields are `null` or an empty list.

### Input

- `dateFrom` / `dateTo`: inclusive publication dates (`YYYY-MM-DD`), defaulting to the trailing seven days.
- `countries`: buyer country codes, ISO alpha-2 or alpha-3.
- `cpvCodes`: CPV codes or prefixes such as `72*`.
- `keywords`: full-text terms, combined with TED `FT~` expressions.
- `expertQuery`: optional complete TED Expert Search expression; overrides filters.
- `maxNotices`: maximum notices (default 100).

### Fair usage and pricing

TED's official Search API is a public service. Use reasonable run sizes and avoid excessive concurrent runs; this actor requests at most 100 notices per API page and follows the API's iteration token. It does not bypass access controls or download notice HTML.

Pay-per-event: `start` is $0.005 per run and `notice-record` is $0.008 per delivered notice (about $8 per 1,000 notices).
