## Pricing

Pay per usage

This Actor is paid per platform usage. The Actor is free to use, and you only pay for the Apify platform usage, which gets cheaper the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Factorial HR Jobs Scraper — Spain & EU career sites API

Extract **every open job** from company career sites hosted on **[Factorial HR](https://factorialhr.com)** (`*.factorialhr.com` / `*.factorial.com`) — the HR platform used by thousands of SMEs and scale-ups in **Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Germany, Latin America** and beyond.

Most job scrapers only cover Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or Workday. Companies on Factorial are invisible to them. This Actor fills that gap and returns clean, structured data — including **salary ranges**, which Factorial career sites publish for a large share of roles.

### ✨ What you get

- 🏢 Company, job title, team / department
- 💶 **Salary range** parsed into numbers: `salaryMin`, `salaryMax`, `salaryCurrency` (EUR, USD…), `salaryPeriod` (YEAR / MONTH…)
- 🏠 Workplace type: **Remote / Hybrid / Onsite**, plus location, city and country
- 📄 Contract type (Permanent, Freelance, Intern…) and schedule (Full time / Part time)
- 📅 Date posted and last-modified date
- 📝 Full description as clean text **and** HTML (optional)
- 🔁 **Only-new-jobs monitoring mode** — schedule it daily and get only the postings you haven't seen yet

### 🎯 Use cases

- **Recruiters & staffing agencies**: watch a list of target companies and get every new opening the day it's posted.
- **Sales / lead generation**: hiring = budget. Spot companies hiring Sales, Engineering or Finance in Spain or Europe.
- **Job boards & aggregators**: add a source no one else covers (Factorial-hosted career sites).
- **Salary benchmarking & market research**: real salary ranges by role, city and seniority across Southern Europe.
- **AI agents / RAG**: feed structured, fresh job data into your pipelines.

### 🚀 How to use

1. Add one or more companies in **Companies**. Any of these formats works:
   - `exacaster`
   - `exacaster.factorialhr.com`
   - `https://exacaster.factorial.com/`
2. (Optional) Filter by **keywords** (title/team), **locations** (`Barcelona`, `Madrid`, `ES`, `Germany`…) or **workplace type**.
3. (Optional) Turn on **Only new jobs** and create a daily **Schedule** in Apify Console.
4. Click **Start** and download the results as JSON, CSV, Excel, or use the API / integrations (Google Sheets, Slack, Make, Zapier, n8n…).

> 🏢 **Try it with real Factorial career sites** (all public, checked 29 Oct 2026): `careers` (Factorial itself), `refinery89`, `mvst`, `theker`, `ima`, `getblock`, `exacaster` — this is the prefilled input.

> 💡 **How do I find companies that use Factorial?** Their careers page lives at `https://<company>.factorialhr.com` (or `.factorial.com`). Search Google for `site:factorialhr.com job_posting` plus a role or city to discover more.

### 💰 Pricing

The Actor itself is currently **free to use** — you only pay Apify's normal platform usage (a typical run of a few companies fits easily in the free monthly credit). If pricing is introduced later, it will be announced on this page in advance.

- Tip: set **Maximum cost per run** in the run options to cap platform usage.
- Use **Only new jobs** with a daily Schedule to keep runs small.

### ❓ FAQ

**Is it legal?** The Actor only reads **public career pages** that companies publish so candidates and search engines can find their jobs (the sites' `robots.txt` allows crawling and they publish a sitemap). No login, no captcha bypass, no candidate or employee personal data. You are responsible for using the data in line with applicable laws (e.g. GDPR) and the sites' terms.

**Does it work for every Factorial customer?** It works for any company that has a public Factorial career site. If a company is not found, it's listed in the run log and in `RUN_STATS`.

**How fresh is the data?** Live — every run reads the career site at that moment.

**Some fields are empty?** Companies choose what to publish. Salary, contract type or exact location are only returned when the company shows them.

**Need another ATS or a custom field?** Open an issue on the Actor's **Issues** tab — feature requests are welcome and usually shipped fast.
