**Use case:** 

Returns open calls for bids from every EU and EEA public buyer published in the last 7 days under CPV 72 (IT services: consulting, software development, hosting and support), with buyer, country, estimated value, deadline and days left. Only tenders still open for bids are kept. Use CPV 48 for software packages or pick single countries.
