**Use case:** 

Watches four company career boards for roles whose title contains "engineer" and reports only what changed: engineering roles that opened and ones that closed since the last run, each with title, location and apply URL. The first run records a baseline; every run after that is just the delta. Schedule it daily to catch a competitor staffing a new team. $1.20 per 1,000 change rows.
