# Search SEC filings for the words material weakness

**Use case:** 

Runs EDGAR’s own full-text search for the exact phrase "material weakness" across 10-K filings made since 1 January 2026 and returns one row per hit: company name, CIK, ticker, form type, filing date and a link to the document the phrase appears in. Change the query to any phrase — going concern, restatement, a competitor’s name. $0.30 per 1,000 filing records.
