## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Job Board Scraper for Greenhouse, Ashby and Lever

Give it any company's job board on Greenhouse, Ashby or Lever and get every open position back in one normalized format: title, company, department and team, office and location, remote flag and workplace type, employment type, posting URL and apply URL, published and updated dates, and the plain-text description. Thousands of companies run their careers pages on these three systems, and each publishes a public job-board API built for exactly this; the Actor reads those APIs, so results are complete and current with no HTML parsing, no login and no proxies. Pay per job.

### What it returns

One record per open job:

| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `provider`, `boardSlug` | Which system and which board (`greenhouse` / `airbnb`) |
| `id` | The job's ID on that board |
| `title`, `company` | Job title and company |
| `departments`, `team`, `offices` | Org placement as the board exposes it |
| `location`, `isRemote`, `workplaceType` | Where the job is (remote / hybrid / on-site when the board says) |
| `employmentType` | Full-time, contract, intern, ... when the board says |
| `url`, `applyUrl` | Posting page and application page |
| `publishedAt`, `updatedAt` | Dates from the board |
| `description` | Plain-text description (off by setting `includeDescription` to false) |

### Input

- `boards` — board URLs or short tokens, one per line: `https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb`, `https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/notion`, `https://jobs.lever.co/figma`, or `greenhouse:airbnb`, `ashby:notion`, `lever:figma`.
- `includeDescription` — include the plain-text description (default true).
- `maxItems` — stop after this many jobs across all boards (default 100, max 10,000).

### Output sample

```json
{
  "provider": "greenhouse",
  "boardSlug": "airbnb",
  "id": "8306554",
  "title": "AirCover Specialist, Claims Experience",
  "company": "Airbnb",
  "departments": ["Community Support"],
  "offices": ["Canada"],
  "location": "Canada",
  "url": "https://careers.airbnb.com/positions/8306554?gh_jid=8306554",
  "publishedAt": "2026-10-28T10:52:05-04:00",
  "updatedAt": "2026-10-28T10:52:05-04:00"
}
```

### Pricing

Pay per job. You are charged one `job` event for each record written to the dataset, nothing for boards that are empty, unknown or not on a supported system.

### Limits

- Supports Greenhouse, Ashby and Lever boards. Other systems (Workable, Workday, SmartRecruiters, ...) are not read; those boards are reported in the log and skipped.
- Reads only the public job-board APIs, identified as `IntegraActor/1.0`, one request per board plus paging where the API pages.
- Job content only. No applicant or recruiter data.

# Actor input Schema

## `boards` (type: `array`):

Board URLs, one per line: https://boards.greenhouse.io/<company>, https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/<company>, https://jobs.lever.co/<company>. Short tokens also work: greenhouse:airbnb, ashby:notion, lever:figma.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Add the plain-text description to every job (larger records).

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many jobs across all boards. Each job is one paid event. Default 100, maximum 10,000.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "boards": [
    "https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb",
    "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/notion"
  ],
  "includeDescription": true,
  "maxItems": 100
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `jobs` (type: `string`):

All collected jobs as JSON (one record per job).

# API

You can run this Actor programmatically using our API. Below are code examples in JavaScript, Python, and CLI, as well as the OpenAPI specification and MCP server setup.

## JavaScript example

```javascript
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';
// Initialize the ApifyClient with your Apify API token
// Replace the '<YOUR_API_TOKEN>' with your token
const client = new ApifyClient({
    token: '<YOUR_API_TOKEN>',
});
// Prepare Actor input
const input = {
    "boards": [
        "https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb",
        "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/notion"
    ]
};
// Run the Actor and wait for it to finish
const run = await client.actor("integraiia/ats-job-boards").call(input);
// Fetch and print Actor results from the run's dataset (if any)
console.log('Results from dataset');
console.log(`💾 Check your data here: https://console.apify.com/storage/datasets/${run.defaultDatasetId}`);
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
items.forEach((item) => {
