GLEIF publishes a new golden copy several times a day; the API reflects it.

#### What does LAPSED mean?

The LEI was not renewed. The entity can still exist.

#### Are shareholders included?

Only accounting-consolidation parents reported to GLEIF, not individual shareholders.

#### Do I need a key?
