## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## French Public Tenders Search (BOAMP Open Data)

Scrape French public procurement notices (marchés publics, appels d'offres) from the official BOAMP open data, and get clean JSON with computed deadlines and no personal contacts.

This Actor is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the BOAMP, the DILA
or the French government.

Source: BOAMP, Direction de l'information légale et administrative (DILA), reused under the Licence
Ouverte. The source is updated twice a day, and each result gives its publication date.

### What data can you get?

Each result is one notice published in the BOAMP (Bulletin officiel des annonces des marchés publics).

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| `noticeId` | BOAMP notice identifier |
| `title` | Subject of the contract |
| `buyerName` | Public buyer |
| `noticeType`, `noticeTypeLabel` | Tender, award, correction, cancellation… |
| `status` | Initial notice or corrected version |
| `procedure` | Open, restricted, negotiated… |
| `marketTypes` | Works, supplies or services |
| `departments` | French department codes |
| `topics` | BOAMP topic labels |
| `procurementScope` | Value bracket, such as European-level contracts |
| `publishedAt` | Publication date |
| `responseDeadline` | Deadline to submit a bid |
| `daysUntilDeadline` | Days left, computed when the run starts |
| `isOpen` | Whether the deadline is still ahead |
| `noticeUrl` | Link to the official notice |

### How to use it

1. Enter keywords in French, for example `nettoyage` or `voirie`.
2. Optionally filter by department, market type, notice type or publication date.
3. Run the Actor, then download the results as JSON, CSV or Excel, or schedule it to monitor new
   tenders.

### Pricing

This Actor is free to use during its launch. You only pay for Apify platform usage.

### Limits

- Covers notices published in the BOAMP only. Contracts below the publication thresholds and notices
  published elsewhere are not included.
- The source is updated twice a day.
- A run returns 10,000 notices at most, most recent first. To go further, split your search by date.
- Awarded companies are not included, because this field can contain the names of individuals.
- Estimated contract values are not included in this version.

### FAQ

#### Where does the data come from?

From the BOAMP open data published by the DILA, the French official publisher, under the Licence
Ouverte (Etalab open licence). This Actor is independent and is not affiliated with the DILA.

#### Does the output contain personal data?

No contact fields are requested from the source: no names of contact persons, e-mails or phone
numbers. Each notice is also checked before being saved, and any notice that seems to contain an
e-mail or a phone number is skipped and logged.

#### Why did my run return no results?

Your filters are probably too narrow. Try fewer keywords, or remove the department or date filters.
Keywords must be in French, because the notices are.

#### Why did my run fail with an "Invalid" message?

The message names the field to fix. Departments use two or three characters (`01`, `2A`, `974`) and
dates use the `YYYY-MM-DD` format.

#### Which keywords are matched?

A notice matches if at least one keyword appears in its title or in its BOAMP topics.

### Keywords

BOAMP scraper, BOAMP data, French public tenders, France public procurement, government contracts
France, marchés publics, appels d'offres, avis de marché, attribution de marché, DILA open data.
