Convert enabled public Personio career feeds into normalized job datasets. Extract current
vacancies or monitor additions, updates, and removals without a Personio login, customer
credentials, cookies, or private Recruiting API access.

Use a public Personio career home, job page, or XML-feed URL. The company's public XML option must
be enabled. The Actor requests the selected language, normalizes every published position, and
builds public job and application links.

### Monitor changes

Set `"mode": "changes"` and schedule the same input. The first changes run emits current jobs as
`added`; later runs emit only meaningful changes and removals from healthy feeds. A disabled or
temporarily failing feed retains its previous state and cannot cause a paid removal flood.

Each default-dataset item is one normalized public Personio job or job-change event. Diagnostics
and run totals are stored in the unpaid `OUTPUT` record.

### Cost and reliability

`maxItems` is a hard paid-result cap. Personio XML requires one public request per company, keeping
compute and request costs low. HTTPS-only network checks, bounded responses, timeouts, and retries
are enforced. Apify shows the active price and maximum charge before every run.

### FAQ

**Does it need Personio credentials?** No. It reads the company's enabled public XML jobs feed.

**What if a company disabled its XML feed?** The Actor reports an empty or failed source in
`OUTPUT`; it does not fabricate jobs or false removals.

**Does it submit applications or access candidates?** No. It never uses the private Recruiting
API or accesses applicant, resume, employee, or unpublished-job data.
