## Pricing

from $0.35 / 1,000 job returneds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Workday Jobs Scraper: by company name or URL, with salaries

Get **every open job from any company that hires through Workday** (careers sites on `myworkdayjobs.com` and `myworkdaysite.com`) in clean, structured JSON. Type a **company name** or paste the careers page URL; get title, locations, remote/hybrid status, time type, exact posting date, requisition ID, **salary range** and a clean plain-text description.

Workday is the applicant tracking system of most large employers: NVIDIA, Salesforce, Adobe, Philips, banks, retailers, hospitals and universities. This Actor reads all of them with one input.

### Why this Actor

- **Company name or URL**: write `Salesforce` or `NVIDIA` and the Actor finds the Workday careers site in its built-in list of nearly 2,000 Workday employers. Any Workday URL also works (careers home, a search page, a single job page, with or without `/en-US/`).
- **No 2,000-job cap**: Workday search stops at 2,000 results. This Actor splits large employers by job category and merges the results, so you get all of them (e.g. 2,688 jobs at NVIDIA instead of 2,000).
- **Salary range extracted**: US, UK and EU pay-transparency rules put the pay range in the description text. The Actor reads it into `salaryMin`, `salaryMax`, `salaryCurrency` and `salaryPeriod` (year / month / hour).
- **Only new jobs**: for scheduled runs, turn on *Only new jobs since the last run* and you get (and pay for) only the jobs you have not received yet.
- **Fast filters**: location filters are applied by Workday itself when possible (e.g. 3 large employers, keyword + country, in about 6 seconds), and jobs are fetched in parallel.
- **Pay only for jobs returned**: no start fee, no monthly rent.

### Use cases

- **Job boards and aggregators**: fresh jobs from hundreds of large employers, daily
- **Sales and market intelligence**: hiring signals by company, function and country
- **Compensation research**: salary ranges by role, level and location
- **Recruiting**: monitor competitors' openings; job seekers: watch your dream companies

### Input example

```json
{
  "companies": [
    "NVIDIA",
    "Salesforce",
    "https://philips.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/jobs-and-careers"
  ],
  "keywords": "engineer",
  "locations": ["Germany", "Netherlands"],
  "postedWithinDays": 7,
  "onlyNewJobs": true
}
```

### Output example

```json
{
  "company": "nvidia",
  "hiringEntity": "2100 NVIDIA USA",
  "title": "Senior Technical Program Manager, Data Center - Engineering Operations",
  "jobReqId": "JR2001987",
  "locations": ["US, CA, Santa Clara", "US, OR, Hillsboro"],
  "country": "United States of America",
  "countryCode": "US",
  "remote": false,
  "workplaceType": null,
  "remoteType": null,
  "timeType": "Full time",
  "postedAt": "2026-10-31",
  "url": "https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite/job/US-CA-Santa-Clara/Senior-Technical-Program-Manager--Data-Center---Engineering-Operations_JR2001987-1",
  "applyUrl": "https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite/job/US-CA-Santa-Clara/Senior-Technical-Program-Manager--Data-Center---Engineering-Operations_JR2001987-1/apply",
  "salary": "168,000 USD – 258,750 USD",
  "salaryMin": 168000,
  "salaryMax": 258750,
  "salaryPeriod": "year",
  "descriptionText": "We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager…",
  "careersSite": "https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite"
}
```

When a company does not publish a field (e.g. salary outside the US/UK), it is `null`.

### Filters

- **Title keywords** (all must match) and **exclude keywords**
- **Locations**: city, state or country as text (US state names also match their codes: `Texas` finds `Plano, TX`); add `remote` to also keep remote jobs
- **Remote only**, **posted within N days**, **only new jobs since the last run**
- **Max jobs per company** (most recent first) and **max jobs in total**

### Data source

Jobs are read from the **public job board endpoints of each company's Workday careers site**, the same ones its careers page uses in your browser. No login, no proxies, no browser. Only job data is returned: no personal data of recruiters or candidates.

### Pricing

Pay per event, only for results you get:

- **$0.0005** per job returned ($0.50 per 1,000 jobs). No start fee.
- Apify subscribers pay less: **10% off on Bronze, 20% on Silver, 30% on Gold** and higher plans.
- Set a maximum charge per run in the run options: the Actor stops cleanly when it is reached.

### Input reference

| Field | Type | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| `companies` *(required)* | array | | **Companies (careers URL or name)**. One per line: a Workday careers page URL (anything on myworkdayjobs.com or myworkdaysite.com, e.g. https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite) or simply a company name (e.g. 'Salesforce'), looked up in the built-in list of Workday employers. |
| `keywords` | string | | **Title keywords**. Keep only jobs whose title contains all these words (e.g. 'data engineer'). When no date or per-company limit is set, it is also sent to Workday's own search, so large employers are searched in seconds. |
| `excludeKeywords` | string | | **Exclude title keywords**. Drop jobs whose title contains any of these words (e.g. 'intern senior'). |
| `locations` | array | | **Locations**. Keep only jobs in any of these places (city, state or country, matched as text; US state names also match their codes, e.g. 'Texas' finds 'Plano, TX'). Filtered by Workday itself when the careers site offers a location filter. Add 'remote' to also keep remote jobs. |
| `remoteOnly` | boolean | `false` | **Remote only**. Keep only jobs marked as remote. |
| `postedWithinDays` | integer | | **Posted within (days)**. Keep only jobs published in the last N days. Leave empty for all. |
| `onlyNewJobs` | boolean | `false` | **Only new jobs since the last run**. For scheduled runs: skip jobs this Actor already returned to you with the same companies and filters. You pay only for new jobs. |
| `extractSalary` | boolean | `true` | **Extract salary range**. Read the pay range written in the description (pay transparency) into salaryMin, salaryMax, salaryCurrency and salaryPeriod. |
| `includeDescription` | boolean | `true` | **Include description**. Add the job description as clean plain text. |
| `includeHtml` | boolean | `false` | **Include description HTML**. Also add the original description HTML. |
| `maxJobsPerCompany` | integer | | **Max jobs per company**. Most recent jobs kept per company. 0 or empty = all (beyond Workday's 2,000 search limit). |
| `maxJobs` | integer | | **Max jobs in total**. Stop after this many jobs. 0 or empty = no limit. |

### Tips

- A company that is not found (name not in the list, or wrong URL) does not stop the run: check the **Per-company report** in the Output tab. If a name is not found, paste its careers URL: open the company's careers page, click a job, and copy the address containing `myworkdayjobs.com`.
- `company` is the employer's Workday name (e.g. `nvidia`); `hiringEntity` is the legal entity posting the job.
- Schedule the Actor daily with *Only new jobs since the last run* to get a feed of new openings.

### Privacy

At the end of each run the developer receives an anonymous notification with only numbers (jobs returned, amount charged, duration, success or failure). Your input, the results and your identity are never sent.
