## AI Change Monitor — What Changed & Does It Matter

Watch any list of URLs and get **structured, noise-filtered diffs** every run — with optional **AI significance summaries** that tell you in plain English what changed and whether it matters.

Built for people who watch pages that matter: competitor pricing, terms of service, regulator announcements, tender boards, documentation, job posts.

### Why this one

1. **Noise-filtered by default.** Timestamps, view counters, cookie banners and other churn are ignored — you get alerted on substance, not clutter.
2. **AI summaries, your key, your control.** Turn on `aiSummary` and supply your own Anthropic API key: each change gets a one-sentence summary + significance rating (low/medium/high). Your key is used per-run and never stored.
3. **Webhook-ready.** POST every change record to Slack relays, n8n, Make, Zapier or your own endpoint.
4. **Respectful by design.** `respectRobotsTxt` (on by default) skips pages that disallow generic crawlers. **No personal data is collected — ever.** Output is page text diffs only.
5. **Schedule it.** Pair with Apify Schedules for hourly/daily watching.

First run per URL captures a baseline (`baseline_captured`); changes are reported from the second run onward.
