## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Ghana ICT Opportunity Match

Find current, source-backed Ghana public procurement opportunities for ICT suppliers.

### What it does

The Actor checks current GHANEPS tender records and returns **Opportunity Match Reports** only when the opportunity is:

- currently public/open under the supported competitive methods,
- a Goods procurement in the ICT scope,
- a strong supplier-product match,
- backed by source evidence.

It does **not** claim that a supplier is legally eligible or qualified to bid. Registration, local-presence, OEM-authorization, support, security, fee, and other conditions are extracted or flagged when available and otherwise remain not determined.

### Input

The only required input is a list of supplier product phrases. Optional supplier capability facts improve warnings and requirement context.

### Output and billing

The default dataset contains source-backed **Opportunity Match Reports** and one free `run_summary` row per successful run. The full diagnostics remain in the `OUTPUT` key-value record.

The intended Apify PPE configuration is deliberately simple:

- Primary custom event: `opportunity-match`
- Price: **US$2.00 per Opportunity Match Report**
- REMOVE `apify-default-dataset-item` synthetic event (or set its price to $0)
- Remove or set `apify-actor-start` to $0
- Do not add any other positive-price event

A source-backed report triggers exactly one custom `opportunity-match` event. The `run_summary` row is free and ensures Apify's default-input Store health test can succeed even when no currently-open tender matches. Expired, invite-only, not-fit, requirements-unknown, failed, and duplicate-in-run results are not paid units.

> Opportunity match, not an eligibility determination. Confirm bidder qualification and current tender requirements from official sources.
