## US Company Filings & Financial Facts — SEC EDGAR

Search a US public company by ticker, CIK, or company name and return normalized recent SEC EDGAR filings plus selected latest XBRL company facts.

**No upstream account or API key is required.** The Actor uses the official `data.sec.gov` JSON APIs and a descriptive User-Agent.

### Output

One dataset row per matching filing (for example 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) with company identity, filing/report dates, accession number, primary document and canonical SEC URL. The run summary also includes selected latest XBRL facts when available.

### Fair access

The Actor is intentionally bounded to 100 filing records per run, uses a declared vendor/version User-Agent with a public contact URL, and performs only a few sequential SEC API requests per run. It is not a bulk EDGAR mirror.

### Monetization

PAY\_PER\_EVENT event: `filing-result`.
