## GBP Post Gap — Dormant Google Business Profiles (Pay Per Lead)

**For local SEO agencies and freelancers** who sell **Google Business Profile (GBP / GMB) posting** retainers.

You pay **only for qualified leads** ($2 per 1,000 leads)—not for every Maps URL you check. Active posters are scanned and dropped.

### What it does

Paste **Google Maps place URLs** (from your city/niche scraper or client list). The Actor reads **owner posts** on each public profile and returns **only** businesses that:

- have **no visible owner post**, or
- whose newest post is **older than your cutoff** (default **90 days**),

and pass your review/website filters.

Each dataset row is outreach-ready: **name, phone, website, city, review count, newest post label, days since post, Maps URL**.

### What it is not

- **Not a Google Maps scraper** — you bring place URLs; use Compass, Apify Maps actors, or your own list for discovery.
- **Not a full GBP audit** — no scorecard, hours dump, or review text.

1. Scrape or buy a list of Maps **place URLs** in a niche (HVAC, dental, etc.).
