## Pricing

from $0.35 / 1,000 jobs

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Remote Jobs Aggregator — RemoteOK, Himalayas, Remotive & We Work Remotely

Collect **remote jobs from four of the biggest remote job boards in one run**: **RemoteOK, Himalayas, Remotive and We Work Remotely**. Search by skill or role, keep only jobs **with salary** or **open to your region**, and get one clean format with **duplicates removed across boards** (same company + same title).

Built for **job boards and newsletters that curate remote jobs, recruiters, remote-work communities and job seekers who want one feed instead of four**.

### Why this one

- **4 boards, 1 format**: title, company, salary (min/max when available), allowed location, employment type, seniority, tags, dates, links and description.
- **Deduplicated**: the same job posted on several boards appears once.
- **Real search**: keywords are searched on each board (Himalayas alone has thousands of matches).
- **Fast and cheap**: official APIs and feeds, a few seconds per run, ideal for daily schedules.

### Input

```json
{
  "keywords": ["python", "data engineer"],
  "maxJobsPerSource": 300,
  "sources": ["remoteok", "himalayas", "remotive", "weworkremotely"],
  "onlyWithSalary": false,
  "allowedRegion": "Europe",
  "includeDescription": true
}
```

### Output (one item per unique job)

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `title`, `company`, `companyLogo`, `source` | identity and board |
| `location`, `timezones`, `remote` | where candidates can be (e.g. "Worldwide", "USA, Canada") |
| `salary`, `salaryMin`, `salaryMax`, `currency` | pay when published |
| `employmentType`, `seniority`, `category`, `tags` | role |
| `publishedAt`, `expiresAt`, `url`, `applyUrl`, `description` | dates, links and text |

### Example output

One real item from a test run (long texts and lists shortened):

```json
{
  "title": "Principal Experience Designer - Visual Design & Design Systems",
  "company": "Workiva",
  "location": "United States",
  "salary": "USD 190,000–315,000 annual",
  "salaryMin": 190000,
  "salaryMax": 315000,
  "currency": "USD",
  "employmentType": "Full Time",
  "seniority": [
    "Senior"
  ],
  "category": "Design",
  "tags": [
    "Experience-Designer",
    "Product-Designer",
    "UX-Designer"
  ],
  "timezones": [
    -10,
    -9,
    -8
  ],
  "publishedAt": "2026-10-21T13:49:28+00:00",
  "expiresAt": "2026-12-20T13:49:27+00:00",
  "url": "https://himalayas.app/companies/workiva/jobs/principal-experience-designer-visual-design-design-systems",
  "applyUrl": "https://himalayas.app/companies/workiva/jobs/principal-experience-designer-visual-design-design-systems?utm_source=api",
  "companyLogo": "https://cdn-images.himalayas.app/k0idguj5sbxm0rcaytibe24r51pb",
  "type": "job",
  "source": "himalayas",
  "remote": true
}
```

### Notes

- RemoteOK's public feed lists its 100 newest jobs; the other boards return more.
- Schedule it daily and you have a fresh, deduplicated remote jobs feed.

### Feedback

Found a problem or need a field? Open an issue in the **Issues** tab: every issue is read and answered. If the actor helped you, a review on the Store helps a lot.

### How much does it cost?

You pay only for results delivered, at a fixed price per item. **Apify platform usage is included** in that price, so there are no compute costs on top. Errors and items that couldn't be found are free.

| What you get | Price | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Job | $0.0005 each | 1,000 jobs = $0.50 |

The Apify **Free plan includes $5 of monthly credit**, enough for about **10,000 jobs** per month at no cost. You can also set a maximum spend per run.

On paid Apify plans it gets cheaper automatically: **10% off on Starter, 20% on Scale and 30% on Business**.
