## Pricing

from $0.42 / 1,000 job listings

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## SEEK Jobs Scraper — Australia & New Zealand Job Listings

Scrape **SEEK job listings** in **Australia (seek.com.au)** and **New Zealand (seek.co.nz)**: title, company, location and area, **salary**, work type, **remote / hybrid / on-site**, classification and sub-classification, listing date, teaser and the job's bullet points.

Use the **same filters as the SEEK search page**: location, work type, workplace, date listed, newest first. Or paste a search URL straight from SEEK.

Built for **recruiters and staffing agencies, job boards and aggregators, salary research, and sales teams** that use hiring as a buying signal in ANZ.

### Why this one

- **Both SEEK sites**: Australia and New Zealand, each URL on its own site.
- **Salary label** on most jobs (the way employers write it, e.g. "$120k – $140k + super").
- **Workplace filter** (remote, hybrid, on-site) and "only jobs with salary"; filtered jobs are not charged.
- **Fast and cheap**: reads SEEK's own search data, no browser, thousands of jobs per minute.
- **Duplicates removed** across searches.

### Input

Remote and hybrid data jobs in Sydney listed this week:

```json
{
  "searchQueries": ["data analyst", "data engineer"],
  "country": "au",
  "location": "Sydney NSW",
  "datePosted": "7days",
  "workArrangements": ["remote", "hybrid"],
  "maxJobsPerSearch": 200
}
```

Or reuse a SEEK search:

```json
{
  "startUrls": ["https://www.seek.co.nz/python-jobs/in-Auckland"]
}
```

### Output

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `jobId`, `title`, `url`, `logo`, `isFeatured` | job |
| `company`, `advertiserId` | employer or recruiter |
| `location`, `area`, `countryCode`, `workArrangement`, `workTypes` | where and how |
| `salary` | salary as written by the employer |
| `classification`, `subClassification` | SEEK category |
| `listedAt`, `listedText` | date listed |
| `teaser`, `bulletPoints` | summary shown on SEEK |
| `search` | which search returned the job |

### Example output

One real item from a test run (long texts and lists shortened):

```json
{
  "type": "job",
  "jobId": "95189860",
  "title": "Senior Software Engineer",
  "company": "MaiBand",
  "advertiserId": "63905735",
  "location": "Auckland CBD, Auckland",
  "countryCode": "NZ",
  "area": [
    "Auckland CBD Auckland",
    "All Auckland"
  ],
  "workArrangement": "Hybrid",
  "workTypes": [
    "Full time"
  ],
  "salary": "$150,000 per year",
  "listedAt": "2026-10-11T12:36:18Z",
  "listedText": "18d ago",
  "classification": "Information & Communication Technology",
  "subClassification": "Developers/Programmers",
  "teaser": "Help build the infrastructure connecting NZ's health system. Own integrations, solve complex problems, and make a real impact. $150K + 2% equity.",
  "bulletPoints": [
    "$150,000 salary + 2% equity.",
    "Help unify New Zealand’s healthcare system.",
    "Real autonomy and technical ownership."
  ],
  "isFeatured": false,
  "logo": "https://bx-branding-gateway.cloud.seek.com.au/ec569ffd-ec0d-492a-a707-5925cbab713f.1/jdpLogo",
  "url": "https://www.seek.co.nz/job/95189860",
  "search": "python"
}
```

### Tips

- Schedule a daily run with **Today** to collect only new jobs.
- Leave **Location** empty to search the whole country.

### Feedback

Found a problem or need a field? Open an issue in the **Issues** tab: every issue is read and answered. If the actor helped you, a review on the Store helps a lot.

### How much does it cost?

You pay only for results delivered, at a fixed price per item. **Apify platform usage is included** in that price, so there are no compute costs on top. Errors and items that couldn't be found are free.

| What you get | Price | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Job listing | $0.0006 each | 1,000 job listings = $0.60 |

The Apify **Free plan includes $5 of monthly credit**, enough for about **8,333 job listings** per month at no cost. You can also set a maximum spend per run.

On paid Apify plans it gets cheaper automatically: **10% off on Starter, 20% on Scale and 30% on Business**.
