## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Twitch Scraper — channels, emails, live streams, VODs & clips

Scrape **Twitch channels and live streams** without login or API key. For each channel: followers, partner/affiliate status, whether it's **live now** (title, game, viewers), last stream, **social links** (Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok...) and **business emails found in the channel panels**. For any game or category: the **top live streams right now**, filtered by language and minimum viewers. Optionally, recent VODs and most-viewed clips.

Built for **influencer marketing and sponsorship outreach**: pick a game and a language, get the streamers live right now with their follower counts and contact emails.

### Why this one

- **Contact emails** extracted from the "About" panels: in our tests, more than half of mid-size streamers list one.
- **Find streamers by game and language**: "VALORANT" + "PT" gives the Brazilian streamers live now, sorted by viewers.
- **Social links** set on the channel, in a clean `{network: url}` object.
- **VODs and clips** in the same run.
- **Fast**: no browser; hundreds of channels per minute.

### Input

Find sponsorship targets:

```json
{
  "categories": ["VALORANT", "Just Chatting"],
  "languages": ["EN", "ES"],
  "minViewers": 50,
  "enrichStreamers": true
}
```

Profile known channels, with their content:

```json
{
  "channels": ["shroud", "https://www.twitch.tv/gaules"],
  "videosPerChannel": 10,
  "clipsPerChannel": 10,
  "clipsPeriod": "LAST_WEEK"
}
```

### Output (field `type`)

| type | Main fields |
|---|---|
| `channel` | `login`, `displayName`, `url`, `followers`, `isPartner`, `isAffiliate`, `language`, `description`, `isLive`, `liveTitle`, `liveViewers`, `liveGame`, `tags`, `lastStreamAt`, `lastStreamGame`, `socialLinks`, `emails`, `panelLinks`, `profileImage` |
| `stream` | `category`, `login`, `title`, `viewers`, `startedAt`, `language`, `tags`, `followers`, `isPartner` |
| `video` | `channel`, `title`, `publishedAt`, `lengthSeconds`, `viewCount`, `game`, `url` |
| `clip` | `channel`, `title`, `viewCount`, `durationSeconds`, `createdAt`, `game`, `curator`, `url` |

### Limits

Twitch lists up to **100 live streams per category and language** (the most-watched ones). To cover more streamers, add more languages or categories.

### Pricing

A fixed price **per item delivered**: a full channel costs more than a stream, video or clip. Plus the usual Apify platform usage.

# Actor input Schema

## `channels` (type: `array`):

Twitch logins or channel URLs. Each returns the full channel profile (followers, live status, social links, emails found in the panels).

## `categories` (type: `array`):

Game or category names (e.g. 'VALORANT', 'Just Chatting'). Returns the live streams with most viewers right now. Approximate names are matched with Twitch search.

## `languages` (type: `array`):

Only live streams in these languages (codes like EN, PT, ES, DE, FR). Each language returns up to 100 streams per category.

## `minViewers` (type: `integer`):

Skip live streams with fewer viewers than this.

## `maxStreamsPerCategory` (type: `integer`):

Limit of live streams per category (Twitch returns up to 100 per language).

## `enrichStreamers` (type: `boolean`):

Return a full channel item (social links, emails, description...) for every live streamer found in the categories, instead of a short stream item. Charged as a channel.

## `videosPerChannel` (type: `integer`):

How many recent past broadcasts/videos to return per channel (0 = none).

## `clipsPerChannel` (type: `integer`):

How many most-viewed clips to return per channel (0 = none).

## `clipsPeriod` (type: `string`):

Time window for the top clips.
