## Pricing

from $1.40 / 1,000 channels

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## YouTube Channel Scraper — subscribers, emails, links & channel search

Get the **About page data of any YouTube channel**: subscribers, total views, number of videos, country, join date, description, **links** (Instagram, X, websites...), **emails found in the description** and whether the channel has a **business email** set on YouTube. Or **find channels by keyword**, filtered by subscriber range and contact availability.

Built for **influencer discovery and outreach**: "fitness recipes" + 10k–500k subscribers + only with email = a ready list of micro-creators to contact.

### Why this one

- **Channel search with filters**: subscriber range applied before opening each channel, so you only pay for channels that match.
- **Contact data**: emails written in the description, external links with real URLs (not YouTube redirects), and a `hasBusinessEmail` flag.
- **Exact numbers**: `subscribers`, `totalViews` and `videos` as integers, plus the original text.
- **Any input format**: @handles, channel IDs, or any channel URL (/videos, /about, /c/, /user/).
- **No API key, no quota.**

### Input

Find creators to contact:

```json
{
  "searchQueries": ["fitness recipes", "home workout"],
  "maxChannelsPerSearch": 100,
  "minSubscribers": 10000,
  "maxSubscribers": 500000,
  "onlyWithEmail": true
}
```

Enrich a list of channels:

```json
{ "channels": ["@mkbhd", "https://www.youtube.com/@manualdomundo", "UCX6OQ3DkcsbYNE6H8uQQuVA"] }
```

### Output (one item per channel)

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `channelId`, `title`, `handle`, `url` | identity |
| `subscribers`, `subscribersText`, `totalViews`, `videos` | size |
| `country`, `joinedDate`, `isVerified`, `keywords`, `isFamilySafe` | profile |
| `description`, `emails`, `hasBusinessEmail`, `links` | contact |
| `avatar`, `banner`, `rssUrl`, `search` | media, feed and the keyword that found it |

  "search": "tech review"
}
```
### Notes
- The business email itself is hidden by YouTube behind login and captcha; `hasBusinessEmail` tells you it exists. Emails written in the description are returned in `emails`.
- YouTube's channel search runs out after a few hundred channels per keyword; use several related keywords for bigger lists.
### How much does it cost?
You pay only for results delivered, at a fixed price per item. **Apify platform usage is included** in that price, so there are no compute costs on top. Errors and items that couldn't be found are free.
| What you get | Price | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Channel | $0.002 each | 1,000 channels = $2.00 |
The Apify **Free plan includes $5 of monthly credit**, enough for about **2,500 channels** per month at no cost. You can also set a maximum spend per run.
On paid Apify plans it gets cheaper automatically: **10% off on Starter, 20% on Scale and 30% on Business**.
# Actor input Schema
## `channels` (type: `array`):
Channel URLs, @handles or channel IDs (UC...). Any channel URL works, including /videos or /about pages.
## `searchQueries` (type: `array`):
Keywords to search channels (e.g. 'fitness recipes', 'tech review'). Each returns channels with full About data.
## `maxChannelsPerSearch` (type: `integer`):
How many channels to return per keyword (YouTube search usually ends after a few hundred channels).
## `minSubscribers` (type: `integer`):
Only channels with at least this many subscribers (search only). Channels that hide their count are skipped when a range is set.
## `maxSubscribers` (type: `integer`):
Only channels with at most this many subscribers (search only). Great for finding micro-influencers.
## `onlyWithEmail` (type: `boolean`):
Search only: keep channels that show an email in the description or have a business email set on YouTube (hasBusinessEmail).
## Actor input object example
```json
{
  "channels": [
    "@mkbhd",
    "https://www.youtube.com/@manualdomundo"
  ],
  "maxChannelsPerSearch": 50,
  "onlyWithEmail": false
}
```
# Actor output Schema
## `channels` (type: `string`):
One item per YouTube channel.
