Every SEC **Form D filing** is a legal disclosure that a private company just raised money — filed within days of the raise, long before it hits TechCrunch (most never do). This Actor turns those filings into **B2B lead records**: company, amount raised, industry, location, and the **named executive officers** from the filing itself.

Sourced directly from the SEC's official EDGAR API: 100% public government data, HTTP-only, no proxies, no anti-bot breakage.

- **`excludeFunds` (default ON)** — pooled investment vehicles (hedge/PE/VC funds, REIT series) are filed on Form D too, but they're not sales targets. We skip them so you don't pay for junk. Skipped filings are never charged.
- **`excludeAmendments` (default ON)** — only brand-new raises, not paperwork updates.
- Filter by **state**, **industry keyword**, **minimum amount raised**, and **date window**.
