## Pricing

Pay per usage

This Actor is paid per platform usage. The Actor is free to use, and you only pay for the Apify platform usage, which gets cheaper the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Workday Jobs Scraper & Monitor

Get **every open job** from any company that hires through **Workday** (`*.myworkdayjobs.com` / `myworkdaysite.com`) — NVIDIA, Salesforce, PwC, Capital One, Bank of America, Pfizer, Boeing and thousands more — as clean, structured JSON, CSV or Excel.

> **Free during launch.** Planned price after launch: **$0.50 per 1,000 jobs** ($0.0005 per job delivered), no start fee. You will be notified by Apify before any price change.

### Why this Actor

- **No 2,000-job limit.** Workday's career site stops paging after 2,000 results. When a site has more, this Actor splits the search with Workday's own filters (job category, location, job type…) and merges the results — e.g. PwC: 3,856 of 3,856 jobs, NVIDIA: 2,727 (Workday shows "2,000").
- **Paste anything:** a career-site URL, any job link from it, `tenant.wdN/Site`, a company careers page that links to Workday, or just a **company name** (built-in list of verified boards + auto-detection).
- **Monitoring mode:** *Only new jobs* remembers what it already delivered. Schedule it daily and get (and pay for) only fresh postings.
- **Rich details (optional):** exact posting date, time type, remote/hybrid type, country, all locations, hiring legal entity, **parsed pay range** (min / max / currency / period) and full plain-text description.
- **Filters:** Workday search text (server-side), title keywords, exclude keywords, locations, work mode, posted within N days, only jobs with a salary.
- **Polite & compliant:** uses only the public JSON endpoints the career site itself calls. No login, no cookies, no proxies, no CAPTCHA tricks. Honors each site's `robots.txt` — sites that disallow crawling are skipped and reported.

### Input

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| `companies` | Career-site URLs or names. Empty input = 20-job demo on NVIDIA. |
| `searchText` | Workday's own search box (fast; title + description). |
| `keywords` / `excludeKeywords` | Whole-word title matching (optionally description too). |
| `locations` | Substring match on location(s)/country, plus `Remote`. |
| `workModes` | REMOTE / HYBRID / ONSITE / UNKNOWN. |
| `postedWithinDays` | Only recent jobs. |
| `onlyWithSalary` | Only jobs that state a pay range. |
| `includeDetails`, `includeDescription` | One extra request per *delivered* job. |
| `fullCoverage` | Get past the 2,000 limit (default on). |
| `onlyNewJobs`, `monitorId` | Daily alert feeds. |
| `maxJobsPerCompany`, `maxJobs` | Caps. The Actor also stops at your run's max-charge limit. |

Example:

```json
{
  "companies": [
    "https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite",
    "Salesforce",
    "adobe.wd5/external_experienced"
  ],
  "keywords": ["engineer", "scientist"],
  "locations": ["United States", "Remote"],
  "postedWithinDays": 7,
  "includeDetails": true,
  "onlyNewJobs": true,
  "monitorId": "us-engineering"
}
```

### Output

One item per job (dataset view **Jobs**), plus a per-site summary in the key-value store record `OUTPUT` (reported total, jobs listed, delivered, new since last run, errors).

```json
{
  "id": "workday:salesforce:External_Career_Site:Senior-Director-of-Product-Management--Tableau_JR366324-1",
  "company": "Salesforce",
  "tenant": "salesforce",
  "careerSite": "External_Career_Site",
  "title": "Senior Director of Product Management, Tableau",
  "jobReqId": "JR366324",
  "location": "California - San Francisco",
  "allLocations": [
    "California - San Francisco",
    "California - Palo Alto"
  ],
  "workMode": "HYBRID",
  "postedOn": "Posted Today",
  "postedDaysAgo": 0,
  "postedAt": "2026-10-29",
  "postedAtIsExact": true,
  "url": "https://salesforce.wd12.myworkdayjobs.com/External_Career_Site/job/California---San-Francisco/Senior-Director-of-Product-Management--Tableau_JR366324-1",
  "applyUrl": "https://salesforce.wd12.myworkdayjobs.com/External_Career_Site/job/California---San-Francisco/Senior-Director-of-Product-Management--Tableau_JR366324-1/apply",
  "externalPath": "/job/California---San-Francisco/Senior-Director-of-Product-Management--Tableau_JR366324-1",
  "timeType": "Full time",
  "remoteType": "Office Tech-Flexible",
  "country": "United States of America",
  "salary": {
    "min": 218400.0,
    "max": 365200.0,
    "currency": "USD",
    "period": "YEAR",
    "text": "$218,400 - $365,200"
  },
  "description": null,
  "hiringEntity": "100 Salesforce, Inc.",
  "isNew": true,
  "firstSeenAt": "2026-10-30T01:19:28.338010+00:00",
  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-30T01:19:28.338010+00:00",
  "input": "Salesforce"
}
```

`postedAt` is exact (`postedAtIsExact: true`) when details are on; otherwise it is derived from Workday's "Posted N Days Ago" text ("30+ days" → 30).

### Finding a company's Workday URL

Open the company's careers page, click any job and copy the address if it contains `myworkdayjobs.com` or `myworkdaysite.com`. You can paste the job link directly — the Actor extracts the site.

Names that work out of the box: 3M, AT\&T, Abbott, Accenture, Adobe, Analog Devices, Applied Materials, AstraZeneca, Bank of America, BlackRock, Boeing, Bristol Myers Squibb, Broadcom, CVS Health, Capital One, Chevron, Cigna, Cisco, Coca-Cola, CrowdStrike, Disney, Elevance, Etsy, Fidelity, GE Aerospace, GE Vernova, GM, GSK, HP, Humana, Intel, Johnson & Johnson, Marvell, Mastercard, Medtronic, Micron, Moderna, Mondelez, Morgan Stanley, Motorola Solutions, NVIDIA, Nordstrom, Northrop Grumman, Novartis, PayPal, Pfizer, Procter & Gamble, PwC, RTX, Red Hat, Salesforce, Samsung, Sanofi, Snap, Sony, State Street, Target, Unilever, Visa, Warner Bros Discovery, Wells Fargo, Workday, Yahoo, Zillow.

### Use cases

- Job alerts for a target-company list (schedule daily with *Only new jobs*).
- Hiring-trend and competitor intelligence (headcount by team, location, seniority).
- Feeding job boards, recruiting CRMs, Google Sheets, Slack or Make/Zapier/n8n via Apify integrations.
- Salary benchmarking from pay-transparency ranges.

### Pricing

Pay-per-event: you pay only for jobs delivered to the dataset - a monitoring run that finds nothing new costs nothing in event fees. **Free during launch**; planned $0.0005 per job.

### FAQ

**Is it legal?** It reads publicly available job postings from public endpoints, respects robots.txt and collects no personal data beyond what employers publish in the posting. You are responsible for how you use the data.

**A company returns an error.** Paste its exact career-site URL. Some employers use Workday only internally, require login, or disallow crawling in robots.txt — those are skipped.

**Need another ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby…)?** See our *ATS Jobs Monitor* Actor.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

One per line. Best: the Workday career-site URL, e.g. https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite (any job link from that site works too). Also accepted: myworkdaysite.com URLs, short form tenant.wdN/Site (nvidia.wd5/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite), a company careers page that links to its Workday site, or a company name (e.g. Salesforce) - names are looked up in a built-in list of verified boards, then auto-detected. Leave empty for a 20-job demo.

## `searchText` (type: `string`):

Passed to Workday's own search box (server-side, fast, matches title and description). Example: data engineer. Leave empty to get every job.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Keep a job only if its title contains at least one of these words or phrases (whole word, case-insensitive). Example: engineer, scientist.

## `searchKeywordsInDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Match the keywords above against the full job description too (opens each job's detail page).

## `excludeKeywords` (type: `array`):

Drop a job if its title contains any of these. Example: intern, senior director.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose location contains any of these texts (case-insensitive), e.g. Santa Clara, Germany, US, Remote.

## `workModes` (type: `array`):

Keep only these work modes (uses each job's Workday remote type and location; opens detail pages).

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Keep only jobs posted in the last N days. Leave empty for all.

## `onlyWithSalary` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs whose description states a pay range (parsed into min/max/currency/period).

## `includeDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Open each delivered job to add the exact posting date, time type, remote type, country, all locations, hiring entity and parsed salary. One extra request per job.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Add the full plain-text job description (implies job details).

## `fullCoverage` (type: `boolean`):

Workday only pages through the first 2,000 results of a search. When a site has more, split the search by Workday's own filters (job category, location...) and merge the results so you get every job.

## `includeAllCareerSites` (type: `boolean`):

When a company name or tenant host has several public career sites (e.g. campus and experienced), scrape all of them instead of only the largest.

## `onlyNewJobs` (type: `boolean`):

Deliver only jobs not delivered by an earlier run with the same Monitor ID. Schedule the Actor daily to get a feed of fresh postings - and pay only for new ones.

## `monitorId` (type: `string`):

Name of the saved 'already seen' list used by Only new jobs. Use different IDs for different monitors.

## `maxJobsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

0 = no limit.

## `maxJobs` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many jobs. 0 = no limit (an empty-input demo run is capped at 20).
