## Pricing

from $1.50 / 1,000 jobs

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## ATS Jobs Monitor — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Recruitee, Personio & Teamtailor

Get **clean, normalized job postings straight from company career pages** — one schema for 8 applicant tracking systems (ATS). Turn on **Monitor mode** and every run returns **only the jobs that are new since the last run**, so a daily schedule costs you cents and you never process duplicates.

### Why this Actor

- **Official public job-board APIs only.** Data comes from the endpoints each ATS publishes for displaying a company's openings (e.g. Greenhouse Job Board API, Lever Postings API, Ashby Posting API, SmartRecruiters Posting API, Personio XML feed, Teamtailor RSS). No logins, no proxies, no CAPTCHA tricks — fast and stable.
- **8 ATS, one output schema.** Strong coverage of **European ATS** (Personio, Recruitee, Teamtailor, Workable, SmartRecruiters) as well as the US majors.
- **Monitor mode = pay only for new jobs.** State is remembered between runs per *monitor name*.
- **Paste any careers URL.** Direct ATS URLs, shorthands like `lever:palantir`, or a company's own careers page (the embedded ATS is auto-detected when possible).
- **Filters built in:** title keywords, excluded keywords, location keywords (country codes like `DE`/`IT` match as whole words), remote only, posted within N days.
- **Salary when the ATS publishes it** (Ashby, Lever, Recruitee) and full descriptions as HTML and plain text.

### Supported inputs

| ATS | Example input |
|---|---|
| Greenhouse | `https://boards.greenhouse.io/stripe` · `https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/figma` · `greenhouse:stripe` |

| Ashby | `https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/openai` · `ashby:notion` |
| SmartRecruiters | `https://careers.smartrecruiters.com/BoschGroup` · `smartrecruiters:BoschGroup` |
| Workable | `https://apply.workable.com/skroutz` · `skroutz.workable.com` · `workable:skroutz` |
| Recruitee | `https://bunq.recruitee.com` · `recruitee:bunq` |
| Personio | `https://tado.jobs.personio.de` · `personio:tado` |
| Teamtailor | `https://career.teamtailor.com` · `teamtailor:career` |
| Company careers page | `https://www.figma.com/careers/` (auto-detects the embedded ATS; respects robots.txt) |

### Output example

```json
{
  "id": "recruitee:bunq:2781634",
  "ats": "recruitee",
  "companyName": "bunq",
  "title": "(Senior) Product Owner",
  "department": "Product",
  "location": "Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands",
  "country": "NL",
  "workplaceType": "hybrid",
  "remote": false,
  "employmentType": "fulltime_permanent",
  "postedAt": "2026-10-13T10:58:56.000Z",
  "url": "https://careers.bunq.com/o/senior-product-owner-1",
  "applyUrl": "https://careers.bunq.com/o/senior-product-owner-1/c/new",
  "salary": null,
  "descriptionText": "At bunq, we're not just building a banking app…",
  "isNew": true,
  "scrapedAt": "2026-11-05T15:11:35.863Z"
}
```

Fields: `id, ats, companySlug, companyName, jobId, title, department, team, location, locations[], country, workplaceType, remote, employmentType, postedAt, updatedAt, url, applyUrl, salary {min,max,currency,interval|text}, descriptionHtml, descriptionText, isNew, scrapedAt`. A per-company run summary (fetched / matched / pushed / errors) is saved to the `OUTPUT` record of the key-value store.

### Use cases

- **Job alerts & niche job boards:** schedule daily, Monitor mode on, send new jobs to Slack, email, Google Sheets or your database via Apify integrations.
- **Sales & recruiting intelligence:** track which target companies are hiring for which roles (hiring = budget).
- **Market research:** hiring trends by department, location or remote policy across a list of companies.

### Pricing

Pay per event: **per job returned** plus a tiny **per company checked** fee (covers polling runs that find nothing new). In Monitor mode you only pay for new jobs. You can cap spending with *Maximum cost per run*.

### Notes & limits

- Only openings the company publishes on its public job board are returned. Companies that host their careers page on a custom domain without an embedded supported ATS cannot be auto-detected — use the direct ATS URL.
- Recruiter names or other personal data are not collected.
- Sites that block automated access (HTTP 403) or disallow it in robots.txt are skipped, not circumvented.

### Feedback

Missing an ATS (e.g. BambooHR, Join, Factorial, Softgarden)? Open an issue on the Actor's *Issues* tab — new providers are added based on requests.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

Career page URLs such as https://jobs.lever.co/palantir, https://boards.greenhouse.io/stripe, https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/openai, https://apply.workable.com/acme, https://acme.recruitee.com, https://acme.jobs.personio.de, https://acme.teamtailor.com, https://careers.smartrecruiters.com/Acme — or shorthands like greenhouse:stripe. A company's own careers page URL also works if it embeds one of these ATS.

## `titleKeywords` (type: `array`):

Case-insensitive. Leave empty for all jobs.

## `excludeTitleKeywords` (type: `array`):

e.g. intern, senior

## `locationKeywords` (type: `array`):

Matches city/country text, e.g. Berlin, Italy, Remote.

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs marked as remote by the ATS (or with "remote" in the location).

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

0 = no limit. Jobs without a date are kept.

## `onlyNewJobs` (type: `boolean`):

Remembers which jobs were already returned (per monitor name) and outputs only new ones. Ideal with a daily schedule — you pay only for new jobs.

## `monitorName` (type: `string`):

Use different names to keep separate monitors.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

HTML and plain text. For SmartRecruiters this costs one extra request per job.

## `maxJobsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

0 = no limit. Pre-filled with 20 so your first run is quick and cheap; set 0 to get every job.

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

How many companies are fetched at the same time.
