## Pricing

from $3.33 / 1,000 jobs

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Job Postings from Employer Career Sites (ATS)

Job postings collected directly from employer career sites and the applicant tracking systems behind them (Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Ashby, iCIMS, Oracle and others). Every board is re-read daily. Over one million open jobs from more than 7,500 employers, with closed jobs kept for history.

### What you get

Each job carries:

- **Title** and the **full description** in Markdown, HTML or plain text
- **Company** name and website
- **Locations** with country codes, and whether the job is remote, hybrid or on-site
- **Employment type** and **experience level**
- **Salary** where the posting states it
- **Skills**, benefits, industry and required language
- **Visa sponsorship** and **relocation** where the posting states them
- **Posted, listed and closed dates** (Unix seconds)
- The employer's **apply URL**

### How to use it

1. Set any filters: job title, description words, country, state, city, work location, employment type, experience level, skills, industry, salary, visa sponsorship, relocation and posting date.
2. Set **Maximum results**. The run stops there, or earlier when no more jobs match.
3. Run it, then download the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read it through the Apify API.

Leave every filter empty for the newest open jobs. Choose **Closed** under Job status for jobs that have closed.

#### Example input

```json
{
  "q": "data engineer -intern",
  "country": "US",
  "remoteType": ["remote", "hybrid"],
  "skills": ["python", "spark"],
  "postedAfter": "7 days",
  "maxResults": 500,
  "descriptionFormat": "all"
}
```

#### Example output

**Description format** sets which description fields each job carries: `descriptionMarkdown` (the default), `description` (HTML), `descriptionPlain`, or all three. This example asked for all three.

```json
{
  "id": "0b7e6c1e-5c1a-4b7e-9d4e-3f1a2b6c8d90",
  "title": "Senior Data Engineer",
  "description": "<h2>About the role</h2><p>You will build...</p>",
  "descriptionPlain": "About the role\n\nYou will build...",
  "descriptionMarkdown": "## About the role\n\nYou will build...",
  "locations": [{ "addressLocality": "Austin", "addressRegion": "TX", "addressCountry": "US", "workLocation": "hybrid" }],
  "remoteType": "hybrid",
  "employmentType": "full_time",
  "experienceLevel": "senior",
  "salary": { "min": 150000, "max": 185000, "currency": "USD", "period": "annual" },
  "skills": { "primary_skills": ["Python", "Spark", "SQL"], "secondary_skills": ["Airflow"], "soft_skills": ["Collaboration"] },
  "industry": ["technology_software"],
  "hasVisaSponsorship": true,
  "postedAt": 1792108800,
  "listedAt": 1792112400,
  "closedAt": null,
  "applyUrl": "https://careers.example.com/jobs/12345",
  "status": "active",
  "companies": [{ "name": "Example Corp", "website": "https://example.com" }]
}
```

### Pricing

You pay per job returned, plus Apify's small fee for starting a run. A run never charges more than your spending limit: it stops when the next job would exceed it. One run returns at most 50,000 jobs; start several runs for more.

### Filters in detail

- **Job title** matches words in the title. Quote a phrase (`"data engineer"`) and put a minus before a word to exclude it (`-intern`).
- **Description contains** uses the same syntax on the full description.
- **Country** is one ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code, such as `US`, `CA` or `GB`.
- **State or region** and **City** take several names separated by commas.
- **Skills** and **Industry** take up to 10 values each.
- **Minimum salary** keeps jobs whose stated salary reaches that amount. Jobs without a stated salary are left out when you set it.
- **Posted after** and **Posted before** take a date (`2026-01-31`) or a period (`7 days`, `2 weeks`, `3 months`).

### FAQ

**How fresh is the data?** Every board is re-read daily. A job closes about 30 days after it was last listed, and its `closedAt` records when.

**Can I filter by company?** No. Search by title, description, location and the other filters above.

**Why did my run stop before Maximum results?** No more jobs matched your filters, or the next job would have gone over your spending limit. The run's status message says which.
