## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Company Jobs Scraper, Greenhouse, Lever & Ashby

### What it does

Give it company board URLs or just slugs (`airbnb`, `ramp`). It auto-detects Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby and returns all open roles in one clean format.

### Use cases

- Recruiters/sourcers tracking target companies
- Job-board and newsletter builders
- Sales lead gen: companies hiring for X = buying signal
- Hiring-trend and salary research

### Input

| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| boards | URLs (boards.greenhouse.io/x, jobs.lever.co/x, jobs.ashbyhq.com/x) or slugs; force with `greenhouse:airbnb` |
| keywords | match title/department/team (any) |
| searchDescription | also match description |
| locations | e.g. "New York", "Remote" |
| remoteOnly | only remote jobs |
| maxJobs / maxJobsPerBoard | caps |
| includeDescription | include text + HTML descriptions (default on) |

Example input:

```json
{ "boards": ["https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb", "https://jobs.lever.co/spotify", "ramp"], "maxJobsPerBoard": 2, "includeDescription": false }
```

### Output (one row per job)

```json
{ "platform": "greenhouse", "company": "Airbnb", "companySlug": "airbnb", "jobId": "8184174", "title": "Account Manager",
  "department": "Business Development", "location": "London, United Kingdom", "remote": false, "workplaceType": "Hybrid",
  "salary": { "min": 46000, "max": 54000, "currency": "GBP", "text": "GBP 46K - 54K" },
  "applyUrl": "https://careers.airbnb.com/positions/8184174?gh_jid=8184174",
  "postedAt": "2026-09-09T08:35:19.000Z", "updatedAt": "2026-09-30T00:00:54.000Z" }
```

### Pricing

$2.50 per 1,000 jobs, charged only for jobs returned. Example: 200 jobs = $0.50.

### Notes

Uses official public job-board APIs. Not affiliated with Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby.

# Actor input Schema

## `boards` (type: `array`):

Board URLs (boards.greenhouse.io/x, job-boards.greenhouse.io/x, jobs.lever.co/x, jobs.ashbyhq.com/x) or slugs. A bare slug is auto-detected (tries Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby). Force a platform with a prefix: greenhouse:airbnb, lever:spotify, ashby:ramp.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose title, department or team contains ANY of these (case-insensitive). Empty = all.

## `searchDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Match keywords in the job description too.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose location contains ANY of these (e.g. 'New York', 'Remote', 'UK').

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only remote jobs.

## `maxJobs` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many jobs across all boards.

## `maxJobsPerBoard` (type: `integer`):

Optional per-company cap.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Include descriptionText and descriptionHtml (turn off for smaller output).
